Visiting Niagara with my Swiss friend!
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, the location was very central, the pool was nice and the high tea was super tasty. Through booking I requested a room with two single beds and they upgraded to two doubles!

Pros:

Bonus was the upgrade to a suite with no extra charge. Really appreciated it as I was having surgery in a few days and really needed to rest and relax. Thank you

Pros:

Breakfast was very enjoyable as was the dinner in the bar. Loved the roses.

Cons:

Some things could use with some tlc. Wallpaper needs some repairs, window was also broken. Bed needs to be updated.

Pros:

The service was amazing and the staff. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we went back after 25 years. The food at the restaurant was amazing the staff made our stay feel so welcome. I give them 20/20 amazing service

Prince of Wales was a special treat for us.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel on March 11-12. Everything was wonderful!!! Our reception at the front desk with Debbie made us feel very special. She was very friendly and professional. Our room was an extra special suite that we weren't expecting. There was a bottle of wine and a fruit, cheese and cracker plate awaiting us on our arrival there. ( I should add that we are frequent visitors to the Vintage hotels in town .)
We made use of the pool and hot tub which was very relaxing. We also took advantage of the $5 hamburger special at the bar that night. Our server, Jake, made us feel at home and was there for our refills and brought the food in quick order.
All in all, we are looking forward to our next visit to the hotel.

At breakfast our waitress was Michelle...she made our breakfast such a joy. Just a real sweetheart.
She add so much fun to our table.
She could have sat down and been a part of our family . Thank you so much Michelle...❤️❤️

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and amazing staff.
Pros:

It was a very beautiful hotel. There is always something to look at. The King Suite I stayed in was also very beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.
