We and our friends had the greatest pleasure to be attended to by Frank E. at the Noble restaurant. Frank exuded friendliness, professionalism and pride to be working at such a renowned hotel. He was sure to accommodate us with other restaurant reservations during our stay.

Location, food, service and hotel comfort
Pros:

The hotel location is central, which makes it perfect for walking. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are really comfortable. We had afternoon tea in the drawing room, it has a great selection of food and teas.
Noble Offer a great selection of breakfast options, our breakfast server, Frank E. was really pleasant and professional. The service he provided was definitely top notch.. this was the perfect ending to our stay at the Prince of Wales..

BECAUSE I NEEED ACCESSABLE IT WAS PERFECT LOCATION. IT WAS ALSO CLOSE TO UN LOAD AND REPACK. THE BED WAS A LITTLE SOFT FOR MY LIKING BUT ACCEPTABLE. THERE WERE NO PLUGS AVAILABLE FOR A CPAP AND I NEEDED TO UNPLUG THE CLOCK TO HAVE AN AVAILABLE SOCKET.

Cons:

thE TOILET NEEDED TPO BE UNPLUGED AND THE TOILET SEAT WAS VERY LOOSE AND MOVED AROUND A LOT.

all were excellent.
Very well run facility and not really comparable to anywhere that I have stayed ...maybe NYC and maybe Paris France. Location was wonderful. Parking was better than I expected for our car. Staff superb.

Cons:

Not really a big deal but a few ants on the bathroom floor.

Perfect location for my elderly mom to be able to walk and enjoy NOTL

The location is perfect. Right on the main road with all the stores, and the lake is just down the road. The staff were all super nice, you could tell they are used to working with people. The bed was surprisingly super comfy!!
