Було чисто. Відносно недалеко до Мюнхена.

Cons:

Дверцята душової кабінки не прилягали одна до одної, тому вода виливалася на підлогу, це було дивно, якщо б не це, то було б 10/10, але за таку вартість це прийнятно. Також в одному з номерів не вистачало шампуню, але я це дізналася лише після виїзду, бо бронювала на всю компанію, тому думаю, що його б доповнили, якщо б попросили.

Im Großen und ganzen zufrieden.
Pros:

Ich war eigentlich mit allem ziemlich zufrieden. Außer mit einer Kleinigkeit.

Cons:

Die Dusch tür ist sehr versetzt und es fließt deswegen wasser auf den boden wenn man duschen möchte.

Отель Не получил деньги за предоплаченный Мною номер, но администратор любезно поселила меня только на основании скринов с моего телефона о том что я совершил оплату. Если бы Не человеческое отношение я бы ночевал на улице.

Мне очень Не понравилось что букинг без моего ведома списал деньги с моего счета хотя опция оплаты наличными на месте была доступно. И главное несмотря на то что деньги с моего счета были списаны когда я приехал в отель в отеле Не было данных о том что я оплатил этот номер были даны лишь о брони. Я обратился в команду лукинг с жалобой но Не получил на нее никакого ответа очень жаль!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ob Rezeption, Bar oder Roomservice. Alles top 😊. Große Tiefgarage, in der wir problemlos parken und unsere EBikes abstellen konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
