I feel ripped off for the amount of money I spent, and disappointed for the lack of action from customer service
Pros:

Nothing, they verbally agreed to give us our money back and have since ghosted both me and booking.com

Cons:

The rooms were not well kept, the staff was not helpful, the pool was green. The non smoking room beds had ash burns on the blankets

Great Stay!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The room was up to par and it was comfortable. We like to stay here (when there’s availability) for visiting our child at the university. It’s a short distance from campus and downtown, we can walk or drive depending on our mood.

Cons:

There isn’t anything that we don’t really like. It’s quaint and we get a good nights rest. That’s really all that matters.

It was amazing because of the company I was with.

It was dirty, paint everywhere a shampoo bottle and empty space where conditioner should go same thing at bathroom sink hand soap and empty space where body lotion should have been. The breakfast was a joke. There was a toaster and nothing to toast coffee and regular Cheerios and a fruit grain bar
