Overall the stay was good and the staff was nice
Pros:

the room was nice and clean. very well put together. I enjoyed the ocean view. The halls were quiet and the staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was smooth and quick.

Cons:

I didn't like the appearance of the bed. The pillows were very uncomfortable and cheap. The comforter should have looked more rich and full. There should have been more towels in the room. Also, when I change the bed myself there was a stain on the mattress cover with a quilt like cover over it. I didn't like the coffee or the powder eggs used for breakfast

Pros:

We had a room with 2 queen beds with a windows overlooking the pool & beach. Very spacious room, comfortable beds & bedding, & a large walking shower. Lots of mirrors which we loved! The staff was very pleasant.

Cons:

Only negatives included trouble with wifi & breakfast with limited choices.

All in all it was a wonderful stay and are looking forward to our stay again next month for another cheer comp!

I liked that it was close to the Colosseum where the cheer competition was.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast. (Shout out to the three front desk people we interacted with, and the lovely breakfast lady.) The room was clean and updated with one issue…the bathroom door was a slider and it was extremely hard to move. My husband had to free me from the bathroom. The pool was extremely crowded and could have been clearer, and I wish there was more shade around it. Sadly, Biloxi as a whole is in great need of repair. Mother Nature has not been kind to this area. Overall, though, if I was back in the area, I would stay at this hotel again.
