I would choose this hotel again, because it was nice, I just HOPE I get a room with a good mattress
Pros:

The property was very nice and clean

Cons:

Although the room was very nice, the bed was HORRIBLE!!! The mattress obviously needed to be changed, it was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Hampton Inn is better than other chain hotels
Pros:

Good on the beach location-easy access to restaurants, sightseeing and I-10. We were able to get around easily to visit family. Facilities very comfortable. although pillows too, too soft! Yummy breakfast.

Cons:

Pillows had no support, but, that could just be personal preference.
Front desk receptionist was efficient but, not very welcoming - a smile or eye contact would have been nice!

Pros:

Sheets were clean and so was the bathroom! Staff was okay.

Cons:

Everything seems to be kinda falling apart. The window covers kept falling off. The blowdryer only worked sometimes. One of the towel handles looked like it was falling off. But honestly the 6/10 was dor the breakfast. I eat real food (eggs, bacon, sausage). We paid extra for breakfast and it was terrible! So if your okay with cereals and beagles for breakfast, you'll have a much better experience than I did.
