We enjoyed our vacation very much- nothing could ruin it!
Pros:

The room was large, the bathroom was large, plenty of hot water and great temperature control.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was difficult to deal with. The hot tub was not operational nor hot, but we found out we were welcome to use the pool/hot tub at next door hotel. We paid extra for a hotel on beach but the beach was closed for about 6 miles. Had I known, I’d not have wasted the money to be close since we had to drive anyways.

We had fun however for the price of the room disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good. Pool was nice

Cons:

Construction on plumbing. Breakfast was not very good. Doors to bathroom and room door very difficult to open and close. Ice machine didn't work on my floor.

Nice hotel, but don’t expect help if you need it.
Pros:

The location was convenient to the beach and the room was clean

Cons:

We had some very noisy people on our floor for several hours going up and down the hall and after several calls to the front desk, nothing was done. We follows up the next morning, and our calls weren’t even logged in their log book. They do not take customer complaints and safety seriously. I reached out to the hotel directly and still have not had a response.

Great stay except for room service
Pros:

Location and price and the breakfast was good

Cons:

In the three consecutive nights we stayed there they never did room service. We had to go get our towels and toilet paper. It stated if you stayed more than one night room service was every other day. We only started out with two towels,2 washcloths and two hand towels, 1 rug and 1 roll of toilet paper. The front desk apologized when we told them our room wasn’t serviced and they told us the cleaning staff had left for the night

Pros:

The staff was very polite and the view of the beach. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The housekeeper didn't clean our room the next day. Didn't ask if we needed anything such as towels. Other than that, everything was great.

The room was very comfortable and clean. There needs to be 2 bedside tables instead of just one. I had to put my phone,glasses,book on the floor. The view we had was great.
