Friendly staff good food clean space great location
Pros:

I liked how clean and welcoming the staff was. I have two toddlers and they loved playing with the kids when we were in the lobby for meals.

Cons:

We had some check-in issues due to booking on booking.com not updating like it said it did.

Las camas son cómodas y el desayuno es muy bueno

No es muy limpio , estuve varios días con mi familia la primera habitación asignada tenía un mal olor por lo que tuve que pedir cambio , pero ninguna esta completamente limpia, no podía poner mis pies en la alfombra por que están super sucia , pedí que me limpiaran y nunca lo hicieron hasta después de 3 días de estar allí ,según es la nueva política del hotel ,el personal de recepción no es muy amable a excepción de una de ellas que si lo fue, me parece que en general el hotel tiene un puntaje mayor de lo que realidad debería tener

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn.
Pros:

My husband only drank the coffee.

Cons:

During check in, the Clerk initially didn't wanna honor our accommodations. We literally had to show her the email stating our request had been previously approved.

We enjoyed our vacation very much- nothing could ruin it!
Pros:

The room was large, the bathroom was large, plenty of hot water and great temperature control.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was difficult to deal with. The hot tub was not operational nor hot, but we found out we were welcome to use the pool/hot tub at next door hotel. We paid extra for a hotel on beach but the beach was closed for about 6 miles. Had I known, I’d not have wasted the money to be close since we had to drive anyways.
