Amazing Stay
Pros:

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Nice property and a lot of restaurants with in walking distance. Amazing room and very comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice and warm but I wish it was a little more clean.

Overall I was very pleased with this place. It’s not the ritz but it was lovely and allowed us to travel with our dog. T
Pros:

The staff took great care of us. They cleaned and kept everything stocked. Happy to help with getting us anything we needed. We often shower alot at the beach and pool so being able to go ask for extra towels and be handed the amount we needed quickly was great. The salt water pool was different for us.

Cons:

Honestly we have had some horror stories while traveling and I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this place other than no hot tub lol.

The agents at Booking.com were very helpful, the owners of this property, rude, dismissive and unhelpful

I paid a week in advance, a non refundable fee. I didn’t have a door code by the time I started my drive so I messaged the property. They said the property wasn’t available. I tried to explain my booking and they were very rude and uncaring. It might not have been their fault that the property was listed as available but they didn’t answer Booking when the rep called to talk to them and they were rude and dismissive when I tried to explain what had happened. I asked if they had received the money and they asked “for what” and proceeded to tell me that what booking had charged me wouldn’t even pay their cleaning fee. It’s a duplex apartment with no extra amenities and they acted like u had insulted them. 10 out of 10 would not recommend booking this property!

Lots of unexpected exercise.
Pros:

Location was good and the staff was great.

Cons:

The property elevator was broken and I was on the third floor, so I really didn’t get a chance to enjoy the stay without issues. However, the staff was very accommodating, and worked with me to check out early. Oh my goodness he just woke up.
