L'hotel era molto funzionale per le varie attività e il bar con diversi divanetti davanti e i punti d'appoggio per consumare pasti e drink molto apprezzati.

Cons:

Nel lavello del bagno c'era un capello lungo. Il corridoio al piano non consentiva un buon assorbimento sonoro, così mi sono svegliato durante la notte.

La stanza e grande, comoda, spaziosa.

Al momento del pranzo se uno non ha PRENOTATO prima bisogna fare delle lunghe code di 20 minuti per pagare il pranzo, ci sono 2 persone al bar, quindi fanno il panino, il caffe, il toast al momento mentre chi deve pagare per entrare in sala pranzo e pagare 18 euro DEVE ASPETTARE LUNGHE CODE

Faccio i miei complimenti alla cameriera Antonella , per la gentilezza, la cortesia, il sorriso sempre anche alla mattina presto ! Il cibo è sempre molto buono .

Cons:

Al mio arrivo la camera era molto fredda , al punto da non riuscire a dormire e chiedere di cambiarla .

Pros:

Colazione variegata, giusto bilanciamento tra dolce e salato, assortimento torte e brioche. Bevande calde nella norma. Sala colazione ordinata, personale a disposizione per richieste fuori menù.
Camera ampia e pulita, insonorizzata. Dopo aver rilevato problemi strutturali ad una rete del letto matrimoniale, ci è stato immediatamente proposto un cambio camera, che abbiamo volentieri accettato. La nuova camera era ordinata e pulita.

4 stelle proprio No ! Forse non arriviamo a 2

Solo la location dato che è un po’ fuori Parma immersa nel verde

Cons:

Stanza vecchia e non all’altezza di un 4 stelle( forse neanche di un due stelle), sporca ( ho trovato il bagno sporco, cosa molto grave), corridoi molto bui e servizi pessimi. La palestra introvabile per raggiungerla sembrava un labirinto , veramente un disagio . Oltretutto palestra minuscola ci sono due tapis roulant di cui uno non funziona e l’altro ha dei buchi quindi anche pericoloso mentre corri o cammini.
