Pros:

My room was clean and comfortable overall with good lighting and air conditioning.

Ok for one night before a cruise. Would not stay longer.
Pros:

Room large and Clean.

Cons:

Water not hot
No onsite restaurant, bar.not even for snacks.
Neighborhood did not feel safe, after dark, as a single traveller.
Street noise.

Pros:

We stay because we have to travel early in the morning, and the hotel is close to the airport. We are from Mayaguez, and we decide to stay in San Juan, one day before to San Juan to don wake up to early in the morning.

Cons:

The only that I can mention is, that the elevator did not work, at least we could not use it. When we mention that in the front desk, and she just tell us, dont use it.
