La ubicación no es mala pero tampoco la mejor.

Cons:

Parking, la calle de acceso es bastante complicada de llegar, lavandería necesitas 7 monedas de quarter para que funcione, gimnasio es sumamente limitado, habitación con olor a humedad.

Pros:

The hotel was perfect . I had the lagoon view and ocean view room . The service was wonderful!

Cons:

It was kind of in a sketchy area and I fought with my hotel key multiple times! I also don't like that they charge you a $100 damage fee . But at least they refund it to you if there's no damage

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, la amabilidad del staff es excelente. Las habitaciones y el baño tienen buen tamaño.

Cons:

Se siente demasiada humedad en la habitación, al punto de que la ropa o toallas no se secan nunca, no hay manera de sacarla, el aire acondicionado no la quita del todo y se percibe el olor a humedad todo el tiempo dentro de la habitación.

Our client was there for work, and the staff rudely took his belongings from the room and put them in a plastic bag as they lied and said he had checked out, which he hadn't. They assumed he was gone and did that with no call to myself or anyone else to express that, so instead they lied.
