Overall it is a great hotel, staff need to improve their manners. Greetings customers
Pros:

Location, the view in the top roof, it is very clean and affordable.

Cons:

For the first time staff was not friendly. Need to improve welcoming customers and making them feel appreciated for their stay with the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The parking terrible, we arrived at 2:00 am and the clerk said that all parking was full and didn’t had a empty space. Only in a insecure area.

Pros:

I stay in this hotel regularly, it is close to everything, and I like that it is super clean, the room is big an the staff are nice.

Cons:

The coffee shop closed. When the coffee shop when open, they had great coffee. The rooms have coffee, but not the same quality.
