Dissatisfied and disappointed

The location

Cons:

The staff was not friendly or welcoming at all!!!! They looked like they hated being there, hardly acknowledging my presence while looking for my reservation and was more interested in her conversation with her co worker. Took her almost 30 mins to “ find” a room even though I had booked and confirmed months ago. Just very uninterested in helping at all . And that’s not the first impression or first greeting you want because that sets the standards of the stay and it was not off to a good start

La ubicación ya que está muy cerca de parada para tomar servicio urbano y también cerca para tomar nuestro crucero

Que les dije a diario que se salía el agua de la caja del inodoro y no me hicieron caso, y supe que tienen problemas muy serios de agua, yo creo las fugas de agua hay que arreglarlo luego

It was good.

The room is spacious ans comfortable.

Cons:

The bath tub was clogged but ww where therefor one night, so it drained by the morning. Overall we had a goodnight sleep.

My stay was decent. The staff were nice and accommodating. It’s a small property but it’s clean.
Pros:

The location was nice and near everything including the beach and airport.

Cons:

It’s a bit dated but the pictures do not reflect this.
