AVOID OCEAN REEF CONDO 1024
Pros:

Condo at Ocean Reef 1024 should be avoided. No lites in bedroom. One faulty electrical wire floor lamp in living room. Soiled couch cushions and chair. 1 mirror in the bathroom for 4 people. Bedroom window curtain off track- no privacy. Dwell Vacation Rental says Booking.com is the party to file Small Claims action with and Booking.com says Dwell is responsible

We had a great time. Would recommend it. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Staff were courteous and friendly. Restaurant on site was really good for breakfast. Pool was fun with deejay and bar. Pool bar was fun and friendly. Sits right on the beach. Read some negative reviews before we left and we really did not experience any of those things. All elevators were working and fine.

Cons:

Would have liked the option to have rooms freshened up every day. They only do towels and trash. Beds are not refreshed.

Pros:

The location was great, the room was nice. Kids loved the pool! Loved how you have the towel hut for pool towel usage! Very convenient and helpful.

Cons:

Only issues we had was our kids kept getting lil pieces of glass in the feet around and in the pool, the saving outdoor chair policy should be more enforced. Watch people leave the pool area and go to the beach for hours with their personal belongings left on the outdoor lounge chairs preventing many others from being able to enjoy the sun and pool while kids play.

Could have been better
Pros:

The hotel wasn’t bad and the view was great, but the room didn’t come with blankets when it said on the website it comes with bedding. When the staff came to deliver blankets, they gave us sheets instead. We had to buy our own blankets from a store

Ocean Reef Resort was great
Pros:

The whole experience has been great. Lots of things to do, the kids had a blast at the Waterpark and the lazy river and the swimming pool. The 2 restaurants were both great. We loved it so much we will stay here again.

Definitely give Ocean Reef your attention .
Pros:

Impressed with the remodeled rooms , staff was friendly and cooperative with any linen needs , grandgirl LOVED the water amenities and im on the balcony with a great cup.of coffee . The hotel hallways were quiet and the whole place smelled clean and fresh . I guess im gushing...lol.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This place is awesome. The atmosphere is wonderful the location is a great location and our room is just awesome we got a one bedroom condo and it's beautiful there's six of us and we fit in there very comfortable we have two beds in the bedroom we're going to pull out sofa and I pull down bed from the wall. Everything is been nice and clean and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. We ate at the buffet this morning and it was really good and a big Buffet. The pool and water park for the kids is awesome these kids are having a ball and they have the banana boat Lounge right here at the pool they have a towel Hut they have all kinds of stuff the kids are loving this water park and I'm going to go get in the lazy river

OR Stellar Event Team! 🩷
Pros:

We had our event here and Tina, Ricky, Jennifer and the Director of Housekeeping was ABSOLUTELY stellar!!

They all went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure me and my guests were accommodated!!!

I was blown away by the team at Ocean Reef!

Tina was on it and polite and provide excellent customer service.
Ricky helped to ensure set up was done on time and display such care for our event.

And the food was sooooooooo good! All the guests were RAVING about lunch!

Deloris & Brent I could award Michelin star… you would have it

Jen, I have met several F&B Directors all of the country and you TRULY are a gem!!!
Thank you so much!

And to the angel, Director of Housekeeping… I forgot her name but I remember her face always… thank you.

She was the first person I encountered at OR and all I will say is thank you.

Loved ocean reef
