Awesome and will be back!
Pros:

Has everything you need. Quick/easy access to bench. Indoor pool and water park. Rooms are spacious with kitchens.

Cons:

I would have like the front desk staff to have explained all the amenities

Pros:

Ocean view and the pool area were great. Staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. You could stay and never have to leave the property.

Cons:

The quality of the food at the Banana Boat bar and grill was not worth the price. Parking is hit or miss, if you leave there might not be a spot when you come back. The evenings at the pool can get a little rowdy to have kids nearby due to adults getting drunk. I think people should be able to drink and enjoy themselves but I watched two guests argue and scream and cuss one another. It looked like it might come to blows and no one from the resort stepped in to cool the situation. Luckily one of the guy's girlfriends made him leave.

Loved it, would stay again
Pros:

Every single staff member was super nice and helpful. All smiling. Beds were comfy and it was cool in the rooms. We even stayed another night and it was not an issue. I could have stayed forever. Location was excellent. Close to everything we needed and wanted.

Cons:

Tv's were very silly and hard to operate. AC was leaking into the room. I just put a towel down so it wasn't a big deal.

Worst experience ever
Cons:

Customer service was terrible room. Smells like cigarettes and secret butts in balcony door. Locks were not working properly. We got locked in twice and housekeeping hats. Let us once they heard us hanging on the door

Not what we were expecting. Looks can be deceiving
Pros:

The location is great. Pools were good. All staff members encountered were fantastic and really nice.

Cons:

Do not like that the check in times get later an later anymore. You pay for the day but when check in is 4pm by time you get in an settled you lose a day. Check in was 4pm but we didnt get called that room was ready until almost 5pm beacuse it "needed to be inspected" which if was true it wpuld have failed. Room we had would have been great but we had to switch to another room at 10pm because the air conditioner was not working correctly which was a huge pain in the ass since we have 2 small children and were completely unpacked. Switching rooms also meant we lost the washer an dryer in the room we had. Also Room next door was empty but alarm sound on the dryer in room kept going off so that was aggravating. Daily room service just consists of dropping new towels off by the bathroom sink an taking trash. No changing of sheets or anything all week. Resort hotel but ive seen better breakfast at holiday inns, just being honest there. Place just seemed like it needs a huge renovation top to bottom.
