I didn't get to stay because they cancelled my booking.
Clean property, safe parking, very quiet, easy check-in, friendly clerk, comfy bed, clean room, excellent bathroom.
Clean, nicely decorated room, friendly staff, and a beautiful rose garden in the courtyard. Would stay again!
The rooms smelled so strongly of chlorine, it made me dizzy and sick to my stomach. I tried multiple. The hot tub was so filthy and disgusting. The floor was so stained and dirty and half the towels were damp and the other half were crusty and dusty. I sat outside in the night to get some fresh air and woke up at 6 am to get out of there as soon as possible.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was absolutely heaven ❤️
Good
Everything good
Classic old motel with some cool themed suites. Close to a friendly diner.
The trip as good and the first room we erected in was clean. On the 2nd night I had gotten the jacuzzi suite and there were 3 large dead cockroaches. Me and my boyfriend were given the suite next door which was cleaner. I was still very grossed out about the suite we were originally given.
was perfect for what I needed to do around town
Cheap owners. All faucets broken. Towels with holes in them. 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 day trip. Owner wanted to charge us for more tp. I literally went to the store to buy toilet paper.
Owners wanted to charge me for using an ice bucket, and then complained the next day because I used the ice machine twice. I'm in the freaking desert.
Just avoid dealing with these scummy cheap owners who will ruin your stay.
Very clean and good value!!
We did not stay. The room was substandard. We were not given a refund.
We had a great time. Clean and simple.
Love the themed room and the hot tub filled quickly. Check in was quick and the people very nice.
My partner and I loved this place. The man at the front desk was super friendly. The room was clean. We had the jungle room and it was just a lot of fun to stay in. Our room also had a jacuzzi inside which was nice to relax in after a day at Joshua Tree National Park. We want to go back and stay in the Cave room next!
Friendly staff, upgraded room interior, comfortable bed.
microwave, refrigerator made the 8 day stay convenient.
the only problem was the very small room for the shower/tub/toilet. Entering and finding room to stand and close the door was just too tight ... one more foot wide would have helped ... or a door that opened out instead of in.
My biggest problem with this facility was the overcharge on my credit card. When I called for an explanation, I was given the run around and to expect a call back. I still haven't received my explanation.
One of the theme room smelled musty, the cheetah print bed cover had a "crusty" feel in the middle of the bed that I don't even want to think of what that could be from. The guy at the front desk had to come and fix the Hot Tub and also had to replace the TV remote on the TV.
The in room jacuzzis are great. Themed rooms perfect for date nights.
My friends and I made 2 reservations here. One room was booked and paid for. Their system showed it only being held and we would have to pay another $100 to get the room. The owners had us cancel our room so they could book it again themselves..that room was small and mismatched (we payed extra for a themed room). The bed was extra firm, on wheels, and was not attached to the headboard. We rolled away from the wall.in our sleep. The morning we left, a spider fell from our ceiling and landed on my partners face.
The other room was much nicer, cleaner, and more themed. It feels like the room they canceled was intended to be canceled so we couldn't complain about it. I would not recommend staying here if you can avoid it.
