Atendimento do Bar à noite era muuto bom.
Atendente super prestativo e com excelente capacidade de tornar a experiência boa.

Cons:

Hotel não tem serviço para passar roupas e além disto não oferece a possibilidade de levar o ferro disponível para o quarto.
Bem desconfortável ter que ir no primeior andar passar uma peça de roupa.
É algo bem simples de resolver e que pode elevar a experiência. Podem deixar alguns ferros de pasar disponíveis para levar para o quarto e cobrar uma taxa

Pros:

Os funcionários, todos fantásticos e prestativos, recepção, restaurante e limpeza, nota 10. O jacuzzi e as saunas são um ponto extra. Bom café da manhã e excelente custo-benefício.

Cons:

Não colocou uma nota mais alta porque o hotel precisa de reforma urgente, muito velho tudo, deve mudar a iluminação fria e escura dos quartos e as televisões, pequenas e de baixa qualidade.
