Very disappointing in their effort, or lack thereof

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No hot water for our stay, which they didn’t tell us until arrival. My car was hit overnight in the lot. I spoke with the Operations Manager, who was at the front desk when leaving. She said she would call me back and let me know what she found on the cameras. I never heard back, even after sending her emails to the address she gave me. I showed her exactly where the car was on the screen and it would have been easy to find. She put in no effort and never reached back out. No hot water and no effort = huge fail

Great service and nice staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was mid. Still great that they offered and I could eat in my room! Also love the little check-in goodie bag.

Cons:

The bottom of the bed was a little ripped and stuff.

The location is great

Cons:

House cleaning is beyond poor. The linen were dirty and we ended up having itcthy skin. The beds were not properly made . Only the top linen was laid out and the lower linen was no even laid out. The cleaning personnel should be fired
