It was fine for one night.
Pros:

We could not eat breakfast because we had to leave the hotel at 04:00 hrs and breakfast starts at 06:00.
The view was a parking lot and the restaurant attached to the hotel is closed on Sunday. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is hard to be objective like a normal client because I used to do secret shopping in hotels for companies and I do observe things that normal client would not see.

Cons:

Not being able to eat before leaving the hotel.
