We were shocked to find that hotel so poorly maintained. The shower was full of black mould and the general fit and finish of the room and bathroom were very poor. On the first day after a very busy morning we returned after lunch for a nap. After trying to get the air conditioning to work for 20 minutes I went to reception to investigate the lack of cooling. I was informed that the air conditioning for building was switched off and if we wanted to cool the room open the windows? All in all we thought the hotel has delusions of grandeur and present very poor value for money.

Very busy at Easter time and as a result limited public space to relax as numerous functions taking place.
