A great base for discovering the lovely city.
Pros:

Excellent location, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and a ridiculous price to borrow a kettle.
Water in the drinks machines at breakfast was not very hot from either machine so never had a decent cup of tea there.

Great location, spacious room and large comfy bed
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, in easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The room was large with a really comfy large bed. The room had a corridor where the bathroom and wardrobes were, which meant there were two doors between the bedroom area and the corridor of the hotel which meant we did not hear any noise from other guests walking past. The room was very clean. The breakfast had a selection of cooked and continental options available.

The staff were all polite, helpful and spoke fluent English when my Spanish was lacking, making communication really easy.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant was only open for a couple of hours around lunch time (13:30 - 15:30 I think) which did mean we needed to go out each night for dinner or there was a good selection available on room service.

In the room there was a QR code which advised to download the app in order to find details of the hotel, order room service etc, which I did. We ordered 5 items from room service on the app. The first tray that came to the room had two items, we advised what was missing and the second tray had two items, the final 3rd tray had the remaining item. It was suggested that we should call reception as the app did not work correctly. Technology issues aside, the food was lovely and the waiter was very helpful and polite.

The hotel carpark is really handy given the central location, note this costs 25 Euros per day.

One other challenge we found was the air conditioning had a minimum temperature of 24c, this was far too hot for folks from the UK and we had to open the window, which meant we heard a lot of outside noise. I understand that is a reasonable temperature for someone in Spain given we were there in Feb however a bit hot for us.

Overall experience very good
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Murcia. Breakfast is excellent with so much choice. We booked a Deluxe room which was very spacious. We were on the 6th floor so although no views from the room, which it is specified when booking, this was perfect as no noise at all. The parking at the hotel is very convenient and the spaces are big. Overall experience very good!

El precio del parking algo caro lo veo,para los huecos tan pequeños que tiene ,pero es algo acorde al sitio el precio.

Pros:

Location and parking available (but cost in addition to booking!)
