The best hotel stay in ibiza by far in many years
Pros:

The best hotel I’ve stayed in ibiza by far. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Service by the pool was so fast and efficient. I honestly cannot fault this hotel at all. I will be returning for sure.

Really great pretty hotel and great food!
Pros:

Really comfy beds, good room facilities. Room and hotel decor is so pretty! AC was great. Staff were really helpful. Pool and beach area was really nice and clean, sun beds really comfy. Easy to spend a whole day in the sun. Breakfast was excellent! Rooftop area is so nice and quiet compared to the main pool area on the ground floor.

Cons:

There really needs to be a water dispenser on every floor, the fact that you have to go to one place to refill water bottle it’s annoying for a hotel of this calibre. The gym needs way more aircon. Just fyi the guests are allowed to leave towels in the morning to reserve their sun beds and whilst we obviously followed along, honestly this is super annoying but if this is something the hotel is happy with then just good to be aware. The music around the pool area is also quite annoying and gets louder as the day goes by, but again if you’re there for party music then you won’t care :) for us this was fine for a few days but I would choose something more chill if this is not your vibe or if you’re there for a longer time.

Magnifique séjour dans un hôtel moderne, branché mais qui reste sympa.
Pros:

La piscine, le jetski, le buffet petit déjeuner, le Vip lounge, la déco, le service autour de la piscine, les gens sympas.

Cons:

La musique un peu trop forte, les chambres plutôt petites.

TOP QUALITY AMARE
Pros:

Struttura veramente SUPER BELLA … molto profumata e pulita , devo dire che ho viaggiato molto ma un attenzione ai dettagli e ai clienti in pochi luoghi l’ho vista come questa. Camera bella vista piscina, colazione super e piscine PULITE e situate bene con lettini veramente comodi e musica e dj dal vivo.

Cons:

Chiaramente il lusso si paga , tutto un po caro per esempio una coca cola piccola a bordo piscina 6,5€ ma non fa nulla quando si sta bene , un po fuori la zona del passeggio ma con una macchina si può benissimo girare , altra nota forse potrebbero mettere il parcheggio 🅿️ incluso nel prezzo visto che i parcheggi esterni sono pochino altrimenti ora si paga €18 per posteggiare dentro

Tolle ruhige Lage. Möglichkeit mit dem Boot zur Partymeile (10 Minuten) zu fahren. Jeden Tag DJ*ane am Pool und auf der Rooftop und/oder Livemusik. Guter Service. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und Prosecco. Feiner Duft. Im Zimmer kein Teppich. Adults only ;-)

The hotel looks impressive in photos, but the actual experience was nowhere near what I expected from a property charging more than €400 per night.
The most serious issue was the complete lack of proper hot water for approximately five hours. After arriving from a long journey, I was unable to take a normal warm shower. I contacted reception multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue would be resolved shortly, but nothing changed for hours. The eventual "compensation" was access to the hotel's premium lounge. While this may sound generous, it mainly consisted of average snacks and alcoholic drinks, which I do not consume. It felt like a poor substitute for a basic service that should have been available in the first place.
The arrival experience was also disappointing. The online check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, and almost nothing was explained upon arrival, leaving us to figure out most things ourselves. Communication was sometimes difficult due to limited English proficiency among some staff members.
The hotel markets itself as a luxury wellness destination, but the reality does not match the image. The "spa" consists mainly of massages, manicures and pedicures, without facilities many guests would normally expect, such as a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi or thermal area.
There were also multiple signs of poor maintenance, including damaged walls in the room and loose handrails around the pool. The food was not bad, but entirely average and forgettable.
The location is another major drawback. The hotel is situated on the far edge of the area, making it inconvenient to explore the island without frequently relying on taxis. The beach was also underwhelming, with views that included an unfinished building nearby.
Most importantly, I genuinely do not understand how this hotel maintains such a high rating.
