Ruime kamers.
Bij het inchecken moest de overnachting worden betaald waarop ik mijn creditcard aanbood via Apple Pay (digitaal dus). Dit kon niet, ik moeste fysieke kaart gebruiken, maar die lag helaas thuis. Ik bood mijn debitcard (Nederlandse bankkaart) aan maar die werkte ook niet, waarop ik overging tot het aanbieden van contante euro’s. Die werden ook niet geaccepteerd en wissel naar Mexicaanse peso’s is avonds om 22:00 uur ook geen optie.
Ik vroeg of het niet mogelijk was enkele flexibiliteit te laten zien, waarop het antwoord was; NEE.
Gelukkig hebben we familie in het México die we konden bellen en die aanbood om het bedrag over te maken, NEE kan ook niet.
Nadat iemand naar het hotel kwam om te beteken kregen we de sleutel. Kaart vergeten is dom, maar zo met klanten omgaan is op zijn minst hetzelfde.

Hubo un problema con la chapa de mi habitación, no reconocía la tarjeta llave, y cada vez que quise entrar tuve que bajar a recepción hasta dos veces para que me abrieran la puerta, una recepcionista me ofreció cambio de habitación, el cual acepté para mi regreso de una salida que tuve, cuando volví había otra recepcionista y me dijo q solo me iban a cambiar la llave, pasó lo mismo y le dije que me cambiara ya de habitación, lo hizo pero a regañadientes, fue una situación bastante molesta.
