Excelente hotel muy bien conectado
Pros:

El hotel es amplio y cómodo, la ubicación no podría ser mejor esta a unos pasos de la estación de Metrobús y hay tiendas y restaurants muy cerca.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustará.

PESIMA SEGURIDAD
Cons:

Me robaron un blazer de mi cuarto y nunca nadie respondió. La respuesta fue si la mucama no reporto "novedades" pues simplemente no podemos hacer nada. Pésimo manejo de la situación, la responsabilidad para con los huéspedes y la seguridad.

Fue muy conveniente y volvería a utilizar el hotel.
Pros:

La recamara que se me asignó. Me cambiaron la original porque las llavees que tenía no abrian la habitación, la segunda que me asignaron estaba muy lejos del elevedor, la tercera fue una promoción la cual agradezco mucho.

Cons:

El desayuno. Poca fruta, el jugo de narnja parecía rebajado y el café NO muy recomendable para despertar.

Everything, the staff is very polite and respectful.

Cons:

They must improve the wifi/internet connection across the hotel and every floor. It is not bad, but it could be better :)
