One night stay, clean room, great breakfast down the road was $5.
Pros:

Room had been recently updated and was clean. Lower floor room provided for elderly family member that struggles with stairs

Cons:

No working ice machines. Decided to eat breakfast out. Curtain in room did not keep light out either from bright exterior lights at night or early sun light

`Needless to say I won't book another $85 room again.
Pros:

Receptionist did give us options in changing rooms. It took 3 rooms to work.
Smoke detectors were beeping.

Cons:

Smoke smell, I can see a remodel is in the works but the pile of furniture and mattresses outside wasn't appealing.

good for the time I needed; but will not stay there ever again

That is was close to the UT Martin Campus where my kid attends school

Cons:

The bedding was worn and used. There was hair everywhere that didn't belong to us; it wasn't as clean as I prefer

I wouldn't recommend Days Inn in Martin, TN to anyone.
Pros:

This location was very close to campus. Location close to local restaurants.

Cons:

The bedding had stains and burn holes. The bathroom was very unsanitary. Towels looked like the were picked up off the floor and hung back on the rack. Bedroom walls had something on it near the bed. Secondary lock/latch was not functional.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Never stayed. They gave me so many problems while there for 2 hours. They did not give me a room but instead made things difficult after a 6 hour trip there. They threatened to cancel my room and after asking many time why was I treated.differently, they still refused to give me a room.

Disgusting awful experience with this location, not worth the money
Pros:

The room was gross and dirty. There were roaches everywhere. The staff was very disrespectful. They were not open to accommodate nothing, and their rooms were not even clean before we got into the rooms, which was disgusting. Checked in tried to keep the money from my family member after they charged my account I am very displaced with this location and something needs to be taken care of ASAP.

Everything the room, the staff, especially was very rude. There were roaches. They didn’t clean the room before we went in there. They took money from my family member and also charged my card as well. This location is horrible.

I didn't like the breakfast. Limited choices. No sugar for cereal or coffee. Fruits not fresh. Cereal marked incorrectly. ZERO hot foods. ZERO cakes or muffins.

Disgusting, the worst hotel I’ve ever walked in!

Nothing absolutely horrible!!!

Cons:

This room was totally disgusting. I’m talking about pee on the toilet and walls in the bathroom. Something all over the walls, dead bugs laying around on the floor, cigarette burns on everything. The bed had nasty stuff all over the place I can’t even explain what it was. The smell when you walked in the room was awful. Booking should be ashamed to even put anyone in this room I will be turning g it into the health department!
