As a traveling worker, I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here at Residence Inn. One thing that has stood out is the valet team. They have been extremely helpful with any vehicle-related issues and have always been willing to answer questions about the hotel and surrounding area.
A special shoutout to Antonio, who was always respectful, professional, and made the entire process smooth for me and my coworkers, especially when handling our large work trucks. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a great impression on us.
The entire valet team does an excellent job and helps create a welcoming experience for guests. Keep up the great work, and I hope to be back in Houston again soon!

Room was hot, mattress needs replacing, toilet doesn't refill tank after flushing, breakfast muffins had mold on them. Bread was stale. Not all outlets worked, and lights switches didn't work.
