Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews report rooms and public areas being very dirty, smells of smoke throughout the hotel, sticky floors and guests saying the hotel 'smelt terrible' or had shoes sticking to the floor.
Service
9.5
Numerous commenters praised staff as kind, professional and helpful (front desk providing towels, accommodating pet situations), indicating consistently strong service.
Location
8.5
Many guests noted a convenient location near restaurants, interstate and the Fort Worth Medical District; one mention of nearby highway noise slightly lowers this score.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed room reports: some found rooms spacious and comfortable (king bed), while others noted dated cosmetics, saggy/too-soft beds and occasional broken TVs.
Amenities
7.5
Amenities are inconsistent: waffle breakfast and basic offerings present, but complaints about limited breakfast items, small pool, closed gym and missing toiletries/towels were common.
Value for Money
8.8
Multiple reviewers explicitly call out good price/value and say they return for the value; positive mentions of price and value-for-money are frequent.
Food and Beverage
6.6
Breakfast received mixed-to-negative feedback: waffles were liked by some, but several guests reported very limited or poor breakfast offerings overall.
Overall Experience
9.3

Our stay was comfortable and I would stay there again.
Pros:

We enjoyed that our room had a lot of space. The room was for a king sized bed.

Cons:

I think having better quality of towels would be nice. Also we needed a bar of soap to wash our hands. There was not any soap available for handwashing. The shower did have shampoo, body wash and conditioner.
