Very bad stay, unprofessional staff

The front office was very unprofessional, she wasn’t help at all, she sent us to a new paint property the smell was horrible and we had to leave quickly and the room was totally different than the photo in booking, after 2:30 hours she moved us to another room and it was very noisy as it is in the street with no cancellation noise windows, they refused to change the room or refund the money or even change the dates to give me another room

I'll come here again. Great staff.
Pros:

The reception staff were brilliant - I arrived after office hours, but someone was there to check-me in. I was daft enough to leave something of value in the room, and receptionist Chang was incredibly helpful and competent in liaising with me to get the item back to me - I really appreciate her help.

Un’esperienza positiva, oltre le aspettative
Pros:

Eravamo in tre e ci hanno assegnato un appartamento con due camere da letto, due bagni e due divani letto. È andata benissimo, perché, da quanto prenotato, ci aspettavamo una sistemazione più piccola, con una sola camera e un divano letto. L'appartamento inoltre era dotato di cucina, ampio soggiorno con angolo studio, tavolo sei posti, due divani letto, tv, tavolino e piccolo balcone con sedie e tavolino.

Siamo arrivate molto tardi, dopo l’orario indicato per il check-in, e avevamo paura di non trovare nessuno, perché era scritto che il check-in fosse possibile solo fino alle 23. Per fortuna, avevamo contattato la struttura in anticipo e ci avevano rassicurate che c’è sempre un concierge notturno. Infatti, al nostro arrivo lui era lì e ci ha consegnato le chiavi senza problemi.

Cons:

La macchinetta del caffè non funzionava e la cappa della cucina si accendeva da sola, senza che la toccassimo. Si è trattato comunque di piccoli inconvenienti, facilmente gestibili e che non hanno compromesso il soggiorno.

Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Todo muy limpio . Nos dejaron hacer el checkout más tarde. Personal muy amable y atento

Por decir algo, el centro está a unos 20 minutos nadando, pero está la estación de tren aún minuto que te acerca a las estaciones más importantes
