The Thon Parnasse feels much like a budget hotel and although everyone was friendly we found the experience lacking. The neighborhood is a solid but pleasant walk of 25 minutes to Grand Place (as a point of reference), but very close to the Luxembourg station if you are open to using public transport. Thon is 5 minutes from the EU and there are many restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner during the week. The weekends are quiet here. There is not a 24-hour desk but security personnel available in after 23:00. The apartment itself was clean, but there was a strong unpleasant smell in the hallways and occasionally in the elevator. Housekeeping only comes once a week, but there is a small grocery store one block away where you can pick up extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. The apartment has a kitchen with pots pans, eating utensils, plates, and glasses. You get one kitchen towel for the week, so we picked up paper towels. There is a dishwasher and a medium-size refrigerator. There is a pullout sofa, but no additional bedding, so if you have more than two people you would want to ask for pillows and blankets. The bedroom mattress was a bit hard and only two pillows on the bed. The big plus is the laundry room in the basement with three washers and dryers which are free of charge. The A/C was helpful but the apartment was warm, although the windows opened to a cooling breeze.
I though it was a room but it was an apartment with full kitchen, 2 rooms living room and bathroom
The description of the place should have probably mentioned clearly that this was an apartment.

Location, good sized apartment, 2 toilets.
The floor was dirty, we asked for it to be cleaned, they apologised and said it would be but it wasn’t. Could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, chopping board, knives, tea towels. Air con could have been more powerful especially in the bedroom. Safe too low on the floor, had to get on your hands and knees to open it. Mirror in bedroom was dusty.
Struttura ben collegata sia con l’aeroporto che con il centro. Consiglio una ristrutturazione dei bagni, per il resto le camere e il soggiorno cucina con balcone molto accoglienti e spaziosi.
Emplacement très calme dans le quartier du parlement. Personnel au petits soins. Le parking est un vrai plus mais un peu onéreux. Transports en commun très accessibles.
Rien tout était très bien.
