El hotel es precioso, la ubicación es excelente.
Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas.
Llegamos con lluvia y enseguida nos dieron paraguas e indicaciones para recorrer la ciudad.
La parte de las piscinas y gimnasio son super grandes. Con muy buena vista. Muy bien equipadas.

Le centre sportif ( accès direct et gratuit depuis lhotel) est super. Immense salle de sport très bien équipée, piscine olympique extérieure chauffée, sauna … un vrai plus.

Hemos estado tres noches en este hotel, y la verdad que muy bien. La atención del personal de 10. En la entrada, en el comedor al desayunar, las señoras que hacen las habitaciones... Y gracias especialmente al camarero que ayer por la tarde nos ofreció todo tipo de ayuda ante un esguince que se hizo mi mujer al bajar las escaleras. Nos dió hielo para que el hinchazón no fuese a más, y nos dijo que estaba allí para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos.
La habitación, el comedor con vistas al puerto, el hall de entrada... En fin, espectacular.
En incluso, al irnos, nos dieron dos bolsas con dos botellas de agua y unas piezas de fruta para el viaje de regreso a Madrid. Lo dicho, a todo el personal, mi/nuestro más sincero agradecimiento por el trato que nos han prestado.
Ahora viene lo que ha amargado lo que sin duda hubiese sido una experiencia completa. Para el coche utilicé el aparcamiento que tienen en el hotel. Cuando me lo entregaron para mí regreso a Madrid, estaba lleno de cagadas de (supongo) gaviotas. Ya me avisaron de dicho problema, pero vamos, lo de mi coche era algo fuera de lo normal. De hecho, en la entrada del hotel había mas coches (al menos otros tres más) y ninguno estaba tan mal como el mío. Despues de pagar el aparcamiento durante tres noches, no esperaba que me lo devolviesen en tal estado. A la Dirección le pediría que tomasen cartas en el asunto y solucionasen esto (poner un techado metálico o limpiar el vehículo antes de entregarlo sería una solución). Es una pena que una gran estancia en dicho hotel se vea empañada por esto.
