Hotel e rede são muito bons

De quase tudo, mas vi que tinha um espaço sem quadro e sem banco no meu quarto, que tinha no d e outra pessoa do grupo

Muito bom pequeno almoço e excelente localização.

Cons:

Reservei e paguei uma mini suite com vista mar e deram-nos uma sem vista mar. Reclamámos e mostraram outra praticamente igual e sem vista mar e com duas camas, queríamos cama de casal. Conclusão: reservei e paguei para uma coisa e recebi outra que não correspondeu de todo às expectativas e não me deram reembolso. Sentiram-se culpados e mandaram-nos uma garrafa de espumante ao quarto. No processo alguma arrogância do empregado da receção. Deixou mau gosto!

Hotel der Spitzenklasse mit einem Top-Preisleistungsverhältniss

Absolute Spitzenklasse Hotel, von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir auf Händen getragen, sowohl von der Empfangsdame, wie auch dem Kofferhelfer und Autoparkierer, alles Top und wie es sein muss. Auch die Erklärung wie man zum Hotel kommt ohne in die ECO Zone hineinzufahren absolute Spitzenklasse. Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen, da wir uns mit Kollegen trafen, dafür haben wir das Nachtessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant genossen und es war absolute Spitzenklasse.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles war bestens. Auch das Restaurant. Es gab effektiv gar nichts, das wir hätten bemängeln können .
