This is the 3rd time my credit cards do not work during payment and need to pay in cash . They blaim my credit card which I am using since 10 years and they are thr only point where do not work.
I will pay from booking any more not from the hotel

Escapada perfecta a A Coruña
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación esta bien distribuida y es amplia; las vistas son muy buenas. La piscina al aire libre tiene el agua templada y es de agua salada, las instalaciones deportivas están al lado del mar en una zona soleada.

Cons:

Algunas zona requieren renovación.

Pros:

This lovely welcoming hotel offers great views, comfortable rooms and abundant and varied breakfast...but the reason to return is the fantastic staff: kind, helpful, professional.

Cons:

I like everything about this hotel. The restaurant offers delicious local food. But I might suggest they expand the use local ingredients to create options for travellers who seek smaller portions and lighter, simpler fare.

Not in the center of the city but with bus stop in front. Good hotel somewhat high priced.
Pros:

The Hotel was good, big chain with the amenities. Good hotel location. The room decorations need an update but overall it was a good stay.

Cons:

Not a boutique hotel but it was nice.

Pros:

Very friendly personnel, able and willing to help and accommodate to changing circumstances. Breakfast very diverse and tasty .

Cons:

The smaller outdoor pool that used to be warm even in the winter was closed so we could not make use of it . But this belongs to the gym next door I guess

Great hotel, great staff at hotel, terrible service from booking.com.
Pros:

Almost everything, great room, great location, great staff especially Inés.

Cons:

The fact that we were told by the hotel we had no reservation when we arrived (they thought we were coming two days earlier and hadn’t shown up) and that Booking.com completely abandoned us and actually cancelled our reservation in the middle of the night which was shameful.
