Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, especialmente uno de sus trabajadores, Luis, que en todo momento permaneció dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

La bañera de hidromasaje, recomiendo una limpieza de vez en cuando para eliminar restos y suciedad acumulada.

Decepción total.
Cons:

La habitación normal esta en malas condiciones, deja mucho que desear para un hotel de 5 estrellas, no estaba bien limpia y muy dejada con falta de arreglos, el baño tiene la típica bañera antigua de masajes que a la que hay que hacer malabares para entrar y salir a ducharse, en fin no lo recomiendo a no ser que se gasten mucho más es una suite que no sé cómo estará, la habitación normal tampoco fue barata.

Pros:

El trato la situación el desayuno. Desde recepción hasta la relaciones públicas todos/as un montón. En el desayuno el defecto que le veo es que pasen a recoger los platos sin avisarles 🙂. Hasta que se termine no se recoge o bien que se les demande sino parece que te quieren echar. El resto muy bien.
Seguir asi y los zumos debian ser naturales recien hechos a demanda como los huevos o las salchichas

Cons:

Los enchufes estan anticuados y salidos de su empotramiento.
Ademas hay defectos demasiado oscuro la decoración debe cambiar a blanco crema o rosa suave mas liviano
En cuanto acabado el baño muchos defectos de juntas etc

Pros:

Location was great! Room was comfortable. Both mornings eggs, sausage, were cold! Ordered fresh omelette from kitchen was hot and good! Lovely variety of cheeses and yogurts fresh fruits, breads, and everything else in a continental style buffet breakfast!

Cons:

I would say the hotel rooms need some attention the sliding bedroom doors didn’t close neither did the sliding doors into the bathroom. Needs an upgrade overall the rooms are tired looking!

Un hotel que con tiempo, eres capaz de disfrutar por completo.
Pros:

Creo que el trato, la amabilidad constante por parte de todo el personal del hotel, y por supuesto las comidas que se ofrecían, en nuestro caso, desayunos y un par de noches de cenas, fue algo fabuloso.

Cons:

La ubicación, aunque si bien está en el centro, está algo alejado, tanto del acuario, como de centro comercial, sería la única "queja" que podría ponerle al hotel durante la estancia.
