Hotel que cumple lo justo para ostentar las cinco estrellas, ni más ni menos.
El proceso de check-in fue confuso y apresurado. Tuvimos que regresar a recepción más tarde para recibir información básica sobre las instalaciones, algo que debería haberse gestionado a la llegada. El Metropolitan —gimnasio y piscina— no están a la altura de la categoría del establecimiento.
En el lado positivo, el lobby y la zona de restauración en planta baja tienen un nivel notable, y el personal de housekeeping fue encantador en todo momento.
El punto más débil, sin duda, es el equipo de frontdesk. En un hotel de esta categoría, es lo menos que se puede permitir.
