Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Can tell it was just redone. Wawa across the street was nice too.

Cons:

The gentleman that checked me in did not tell me about the incidental fee - he didnt say anything other then hi welcome and here's your room number. Would have liked a little more conversation. Also, a "supervisor" walked into our room shortly after we got in. No knocking - just walked right in, did apologize but didnt even explain who he was until after he heard me through the door say "who the heck was that" and he then yelled back "im a supervisor". Luckily for him I am laid back and understand crap happens but someone else would have made a huge deal out of that.

The bed was comfortable!

Cons:

The hotel did not have a pool on the property. Instead, you had to walk to another hotel to use theirs, but our key cards didn’t work, so we couldn’t access it. The same was true for the complimentary breakfast—it was served at another hotel, requiring another walk. Overall, it was very disappointing and not what we expected. Not worth what you had to pay.

Easy to find, good location near mall area (shops, restaurants, etc. Room was clean and spacious. No breakfast buffet but you could go next door (2 minute walk) where there was an excellent (large) (free) buffet with cold and hot items for guests of the Prussia Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!

promised to cancell at checkin but didn't after I leave

when I check in, the staff can not find my name, so I asked a question. My flight left early in the morning, so I asked them if I.don't check.in can I get a refund, if I can then I can go to airport directly, stay there over night to save money. If I can not get a refund I can stay in the hotel. The staff told me they can cancell on their side, so.I.left. but they didn't respond to booking cancellation email. And I.called the hotel, another staff was very rude, ask me what you want me to do, and I said respond to booking email to canceland he hang up my phone. very bad service,

Glad to find this and will stay here every time I visit.
Pros:

I only stayed one night, but found everything clean and functioning. Breakfast had more options than I usually see—appreciated cooked oatmeal instead of pa keys of instant. The reception staff was efficient and friendly.
