Pros:

Easy to find, good location near mall area (shops, restaurants, etc. Room was clean and spacious. No breakfast buffet but you could go next door (2 minute walk) where there was an excellent (large) (free) buffet with cold and hot items for guests of the Prussia Hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!

Glad to find this and will stay here every time I visit.
Pros:

I only stayed one night, but found everything clean and functioning. Breakfast had more options than I usually see—appreciated cooked oatmeal instead of pa keys of instant. The reception staff was efficient and friendly.

I felt catfished. Not sure what was included in the extensive remodel included but it was essentially the Motel 6

promised to cancell at checkin but didn't after I leave

when I check in, the staff can not find my name, so I asked a question. My flight left early in the morning, so I asked them if I.don't check.in can I get a refund, if I can then I can go to airport directly, stay there over night to save money. If I can not get a refund I can stay in the hotel. The staff told me they can cancell on their side, so.I.left. but they didn't respond to booking cancellation email. And I.called the hotel, another staff was very rude, ask me what you want me to do, and I said respond to booking email to canceland he hang up my phone. very bad service,

Nice man at front desk. He tried. I fault ownership for poor systems and lack of back up plan and/or systems

Systems were down. Front desk person had to physically let us into our room. No electronic key card. No credit card processing

Great Value, Rooms were very clean, Staff was friendly

We had 3 rooms, 2 rooms were in a quiet location, no complaints, 1 room had very loud neighbors very late into the night.

Not the experience I expected at a Marriott property.
Pros:

I was told, after I asked about breakfast, that I would have to walk over to another hotel for breakfast. Due to problem in the dining room.

Cons:

After checking in, wifi did not work. Was told maintenance was working on it.
