Nicht im Sommer buchen, sonst okay
Pros:

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich wirklich sehr gut. Man hat fast alles im Umkreis und ist schnell bei der Ubahn und Sbahn. Es ist ein sehr lebendiges Viertel, also definitiv nicht ruhig. Das muss man wissen.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage und das war bei Temperaturen von 40 Grad kaum auszuhalten. Das Zimmer hatte zwischen 34 und 36 grad - Tag und Nacht. Es gab absolut keine Möglichkeit, es kühler zu machen. Der Ventilator war nur ein Tropfen am heißen Stein. Für Menschen, die mit Hitze nicht gut klar kommen: Bucht das Hotel auf keinen Fall im Sommer. Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Zimmer und es hat sich einfach enorm aufgeheizt. Ich musste mit einem nassen Handtuch schlafen, damit ich das irgendwie überstehe. Es gab keine wirklich Unterstützung vom Hotel - außer den Ventilator. Und: es gibt dort keine Belüftung - also es ist keine Klima eingebaut. Sie war nicht kaputt, es gibt gar keine.

Das Badezimmer hatte 39 Grad. Ausserdem gehören dort die Armaturen ausgetauscht und der Duschkopf entkalkt. Das ganze Badezimmer stand unter Wasser nach einer Dusche.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Minutes walking to S Bahn, bus and U Bahn. Right Infront of the spree where you can enjoy your morning coffee

Cons:

The room was too small and it was steamy hot- the fan didn't help at all.
Staff didn't know I had late checkout and just entered my room without knocking. Not cool

Perfect location near the tube and local shops

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working. In my room I had 32 degrees when I arrived. The property provided me with a small fan which didn't make any difference. I flagged this to the management but they told me they could do nothing other than provide the fan. I had to sleep with the curtains and window open so I could get some fresh air and the noises from the street were so loud that it was difficult to sleep. Ear plugs were available in the room but I couldn't sleep anyway! For the price I paid to stay here I was expecting better service and better amenities.

Pros:

Cosy room. Clean.

Cons:

There was no AC so it was very hot, almost 30 degrees. The street outside was very noisy and we woke up many times during the night to loud people and multiple emergency vehicles.

Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich super und dur Aussicht ein Traum.

Cons:

Der Aufzug ging nur bis zur 3. Etage, den Rest musste man laufen.
Die Klimaanlage kaputt gewesen und das am heißesten Wochenende, bis her. Ventilatoren haben wir zwar gebracht aber das hat natürlich nichts gebracht....

Alles prima - nur leider ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Lage prima, Zimmer recht neu und top sauber. Klein, aber passte alles sehr gut.

Cons:

Problem: es war sehr heiß, als ich dort war. Ohne Klimaanlage sehr schwierig, über 30 Grad im Zimmer. Draußen 40. Und Fenster öffnen geht schon, aber war extrem laut die ganze Nacht. Im Hotel war es ruhig, aber draußen ging die Party ab. Und die Berliner Stadtreiniger gleich nebenan sind auch nicht leise. Bei geschlossenem Fenster alles ok, aber wenn es offen ist ....
