Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Das ist aber auch alles.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hatte keine Vorhänge.
Ich habe das Hotel sofort kontaktiert, es wurde Besserung innerhalb von 24 Stunden versprochen aber passiert ist gar nichts.
In dem Hotel finden Bauarbeiten statt.
Die Flure sind entsprechend dreckig und überall sind offene Kabel, die aus der Wand kommen.
Hinzu kommt Baulärm, der auch in der Mittagszeit sehr laut ist. Währen meines Aufenthaltes haben die Bauarbeiter sogar in der Mittagsruhe den Alarm ausgelöst.

Als ich mich über den Lärm beschwert habe, hat das Hotel dreist gelogen und sagte es gibt keine Bauarbeiten, der Lärm sei von den Nachbarn.
Man braucht nur andere Bewertungen angucken und stellt sofort fest, dass dies gelogen ist.
Sobald mein Aufenthalt beendet war, hat das Hotel meine Mails nicht mehr beantwortet.
Hier geht es nur darum Geld zu kassieren, das Wohlbefinden des Kunden ist scheißegal.

Nice room, clean, nice bathroom, very nice location.

I read a review here before about someone from the staff knocking incessantly on the door until they opened just to the staff say it was check out time over an hour before 11am!! It happened the same with me. I was asleep, it was before 10am, and I hear someone knocking on the door. I asked them to wait a moment but they still couldn’t stop knocking. When I opened the door there were two men with cleaning supplies telling me that it was check out time. I proceeded to tell them that the check out was at 11am and one of them just looked at me disapprovingly. I had a pleasant stay but this really made me feel disrespected.

Pros:

Небольшой уютный отель прямо напротив берлинской стены. Рядом несколько остановок городского транспорта. В 5 минутах хотьбы большой торговый центр, несколько кафе и киосков с едой. В номере было чисто, есть всё необходимое. В гостинице нет портье, заселение происходит в электронном виде. Так что будьте внимательны, чтобы ваш телефон был заряжен и с интернетом.

Cons:

Всё было хорошо, но нужно предупреждать что всё ( заселение в гостиницу, открытие дверей и т.д.) происходит через интернет и смартфон, а то разрядится телефон в дороге и останешься на улице.

The room was certainly a highlight!
Pros:

The rooms were great! Huge bathroom with good lighting, a tv, a makeup table, a kitchen with a proper fridge, a spacious closet.

Cons:

The customer service and the lack of a receptionist was also really unfortunate. Having to carry your luggage a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator wasn’t great either…
