Pros:

It's a great location, lovely view and right next to the Uber Arena and easy to get to from Berlin main station. Comfortable, nice rooms, has all the basics.

Cons:

Didn't love the open side of the shower, as the whole floor gets a bit wet.

Cons:

Um halb zehn hat die Reinigungskraft angeklopft – es war nicht klar, warum, da die Check-out-Zeit erst um 11 Uhr war. Vielleicht wollte man schon aufräumen, weil ich den Staubsauger gehört habe. Am unangenehmsten war jedoch, dass ich einen späten Check-out bezahlt hatte und gegen 11:30 Uhr ein Mann einfach die Tür öffnete und ziemlich frech sagte, dass er keine Informationen habe, ohne sich zu entschuldigen. Außerdem kann man die Zimmertür von innen nicht abschließen, was besonders unpraktisch ist, wenn man zum Beispiel nach dem Duschen keine unerwarteten Gäste möchte.

Great stay
Pros:

Good location. Big bathroom, big room with everything we needed

Cons:

Loud road noise despite having the windows closed. Extra sofa bed was not very comfortable

Nie wieder!
Pros:

Das einzig Gute? Ist die Lage. Zugang nur mit spezieller App, kein Mensch weit und breit, falsche Zimmerkategorie, superklein und fehlende Aussicht, die versprochene Erstattung kam auch nie. Nie wieder!

Bis auf die Lage alles.

Pros:

Der Self-Check In hat problemlos funktioniert.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Spree.
Das Bad war überraschend groß, sehr sauber und hübsch gestaltet.
Ein Kühlschrank, Safe und eine Kaffeemaschine + Kaffeekapseln waren idealerweise vorhanden.
Gegenüber dem Hotel konnten wir direkt an der Spree spazieren, oder Fotos an der Mauer knipsen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Ein paar Flecken auf dem Tisch und im Kühlschrank wurden bei der Reinigung übersehen
