Man kommuniziert ausschließlich mit der KI. Es ist kein Personal mehr vorhanden. Die Kommunikation wird bevorzugt auf Englisch geführt. Links, die mir zugeschickt wurden, funktionierten nicht. Der Self-Check-In, der vorher vollzogen werden muss, hat bei mir nicht geklappt, so dass ich häufiger mit der (nervigen) Hotline telefonieren musste. Das gleiche nach dem Check-Out, um an die Rechnung zu kommen.

Нам усе дуже сподобалося! 😊 Апартаменти затишні, комфортні, усе було зручно для проживання. Єдиний невеликий нюанс: не працював телевізор, тож дитина залишилася без мультиків 😅 Але це дрібниці, які не зіпсували загального враження. Загалом чудове місце, із задоволенням можемо рекомендувати! Обов’язково повернемось 🫂

Nähe zur S und U-Bahn-Haltestelle.

Cons:

Hoher Lärmpegel zur Straßenseite hin. Fahrstuhl fuhr nur bis zum dritten Stockwerk. Die Dusche könnte eine Reparatur gebrauchen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
