Super zentral, nettes Personal, kleines Zimmer
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und bei den Temperaturen vor allem die Klimaanlage

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind teilweise modern umgestaltet und teilweise etwas veraltet. Die älteren Zimmer haben viel Platz, aber die neueren (zumindest unseres) war sehr klein. Neben dem Bett war gerade mal ein schmaler Korridor und hinter dem Bett war auch nicht mehr als ein halber Meter Platz. Mit zwei Leuten etwas sehr eng.

Pros:

Puiki vieta, 200 metrų nuo metro stoties, kas mums buvo labai aktualu. Atvykome tik trumpam į koncertą Allianz arenoje, tad šis viešbutis buvo puiki vieta tiek grįžti po koncerto naktį (tiesioginė metro linija), tiek ryte pasivaikčioti po miestą (centras pasiekiamas pesčiomis) ir po to išvykti į oro uostą. Kambarys buvo švarus, paprastas, nedidelis, bet mums puikiai tiko trumpam apsistojimui. Šalia yra puikios kepyklėlės pusryčiams.

It was OK for just sleeping & good location next to a busy metro stop, crew was nice

Cons:

I found an old cigarette filter from my bed, carpette floor was dirty, bed was super soft & bad for back, quite bad soundproofing

La velleza de Munich
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. A 200 metros de una de las entradas al casco antiguo. Cerca de una estación de subte y de colectivos. A 15 minutos de la estación central de tren.
La habitación mia tenía cocina (no la usé) y heladera y eso lo usé un montón. Excelente atención.

Cons:

La habitación no tenia aire. Si ventilador. Uno de techo y uno de pie. En un verano como este era un poco insuficiente a no ser que te pusieras delante literal.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel war wunderbar. Die Lage ist sehr gut – nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und mit einer U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und war mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Pleasant stay, the excellent location totals makes up for other things that were a bit lacking
Pros:

The location is great, 5 minutes from a public transportation hub (buses, tram, train), and 10-15 minutes walk from the heart of the city.
Also the bedrooms are renovated and look very nice

Cons:

No safe for your valuables, no 24/7 desk, no phone in the room to call the desk. The sink got clogged for no apparent reason specifically after we had our room cleaned
