Amazing relaxing experience at Homm Laguna Bintan! The secluded private beach with powdery sand and soft waves was a big plus! The front desk staff (Pancha, Angel, Tasia & Maruli) were welcoming and so hospitable. Wiwik, from the Lotus Restaurant, had such a warm and friendly smile. Loved the Buntut Bakar and Keropok Tempeh were my favorite food at the resort. Will definitely come back!

I had the best time here at Homm Laguna Bintan resort. My partner and I could not help but to extend our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, and a big part of the experience was the exceptional service and genuine hospitality from the entire team.

The Reception Team, especially Pancha and Adele, were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and we deciced to upgrade our room and extend our stay.

A special thank you to the F&B Team; Megy, Amirah, and Wiwi for their attentive service, friendly smiles, and great hospitality throughout our stay.

Our appreciation also goes to Adi from the Housekeeping Team who did an excellent job and ensured everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Thank you as well to Benny from the Operations Team for his assistance and for making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes.

We would also like to thank the 8LEMENTS Spa Team for the relaxing experience and excellent service, as well as the Xana Beach Club Team for their warm hospitality, attentive service, and great atmosphere.

Overall, the genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone really made our stay memorable. A big thank you to all the teams for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back again.

Excellent holiday, just relaxing, the staff are so lovely and friendly. I had my second 90 minutes this morning at elements spa, and I believe it was my best ever, truly amazing, thank you Helno, you put so much into that, absolutely amazing. Also there was the boss Mr Gin, a very kind gentleman to give me a slot without prior appointment, great

As usual, the service is top notch. Lotus cafe service staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the all inclusive package which allowed us to enjoy daily massage, activities like stand up paddle, cooking class for free.

Wow, seriously, the service was top-notch from the moment we rolled in until we checked out. Maruli totally nailed it, getting us all set up and to our room without a hitch.
And talk about convenient! They even sorted out our ride from the Ferry Terminal to the hotel resort, which was super nice.
Oh, and the BBQ buffet at Xana? So good! The vibe there was awesome, too.
Our room was really spacious, which was great. We did have a couple of minor hiccups with the AC and a light, but they got 'em fixed up super fast. Just a couple of tiny things I noticed, though:

The drawers could've used a quick wipe-down; they were a bit dusty when I opened them.
We had a bunch of ants chilling on the table, even though it was right by the hot water flask. Kinda weird.

Lunch at Lotus was pretty good, but man, we had to wait a bit for our food. Still, the service itself was excellent, so that made up for it.
The beach? Absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for a family day out, whether you're a grown-up or a kiddo.
And the 8lements spa? Pure bliss, no complaints at all there.
The ATV ride was a blast! They even hooked us up with a smoother track, which was cool and made it feel safer.
Even checking out was a breeze! Fendy, one of the staff members, was a superstar. He helped us grab our bags from the room and got them to our ride. He also did an awesome job driving us back to the Ferry Terminal.
Okay, so it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, the whole experience and the fantastic service made it totally worth every penny.

We held our wedding anniversary ceremony and dinner at Homm Laguna Sanati Deck and Xana Beach Club recently and had the best experience at this gorgeous location. Vita Carolin was our event coordinator and she was efficient, detailed and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The billing was done in stages and was clearly itemized. She listened to every request, even last minute ones and went the extra mile to accommodate them. She connected us to all the extra services we needed as well that they didn’t provide in-house which made it such a seamless and effortless affair for us.

On the event day, Vita was handling another event as well but her team was briefed well and knew exactly what to do. There was clear communication via a WhatsApp chat group set up. The staff were friendly and responsive to all our guests. Big thank you to Rosa and Erik who tirelessly helped with all our requests on the event day, and Fir from F&B.

What a wonderful place. I don’t know why it has taken this long to come here. Thanks to Roger, Intan, Nadia and Amir for a great stay.

An Exceptional Stay Made Truly Special by an Exceptional Team

Our stay at Homm Laguna was nothing short of wonderful, and a huge part of what made it so memorable was the incredible care and dedication of Vita, our coordinator.

Vita went far beyond what we could have asked for. She helped us plan and execute our wedding for around 50 guests, and from the very beginning, she was attentive, responsive, and genuinely earnest in helping us with every request. She gave us thoughtful advice throughout the planning process, handled our many ad hoc requests with tremendous patience, and always made us feel that everything was under control.

What impressed us most was how much she cared not just about us as the couple, but also about our guests. She went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. Despite the scale and number of moving parts involved in a destination wedding, Vita handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference in allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our wedding.

We are incredibly grateful to Vita for helping us turn what could have been a stressful experience into such a smooth and beautiful celebration. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and is a tremendous asset to Banyan Tree. If you are planning a wedding or special occasion here, we can’t recommend Vita any more highly, she was our lifesaver all weekend.

I would to share my experience i go into the beach while i was swimming there lots of rock and under that have something i didnt notice very poison sea creature bite me on my left feet now i feel very painful & swollen might be stone fish venom very strong and dangerous now im on hospital i share this infromation to know everyone there the beach is not a safe place to swim they should put one but there no warming sign as well so that if you are unlucky u will get this problem im on serious conditions!

we had an incredible experience that made us fall in love with the place! Already discussing if we should come here again next summer. A special thanks to all the welcoming staff, with a regard to Adel, Angel, Amirah and Wiwile that made our stay even more smooth and cozy :)

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were kept cool all the time which was amazing. The beach access was great as it lead us to have a swim every day. The food was amazing and different every single day. The staff pancha and adel were so kind and would always great us every time we walked past. At the beach bar Tika was a very nice server. The hotel was always quiet around night time which was great, the value for rooms is a 10/10 and the jungle setting was the best. Thank you everyone at the homm we had a great time.

Love the white sand beach, multiple activities shared among nearby resorts with free buggy transfer, amazing buffet spread for breakfast and bbq dinner! Definitely would come again 🤍

Had a great time at the spa with my therapist Endras. I was super relaxed and she was so nice! I always enjoy coming back whenever I’m in Bintan.

Was a Perfect Stay and the SPA.. The Treatment with Fena was amazing!
She had a bit diffent Style from all I know before and that was a Great expecience and Perfect ambience and helpef my back an neck really.Thank you Fena and we like to come back to Cassia/Lagoon Hotel soon.Katja
