One of our most memorable stay in Bintan. Really feel at home. The room and surroundings were clean. Though the swimming pool were undergoing some minor upgrading, we can use the Banya Tree pool next door.
Check in was smooth and immediate as we already did an online pre-check the day before. Front deck Supervisor Pamcha was very friendly and helpful giving us useful information to make our stay memorable and he even took the initiative to extend our check out till 4pm from the normal 12 Noon without us requesting as we had booked the last ferry departing at 6.30pm. Overall, the service staff in the Lotus restaurant were friendly and pro-active in their service. Also a big shout out to driver Fandi who send us to and fro the ferry terminal.
Highly recommended. Already planning a second trip for later part of the year.

Fabulous beach and welcoming staff.
On arrival we we met by Marbui who took care of all the check in
arrangements for us. So helpful and friendly. On departure we were helped byPancha and Rista both professional and helpful

Lovely buffet breakfast with so many choices to try and taste of Indonesian food. The spice stall and s worth a mention as fresh ginger and tumeric were available. Hot ginger drink was amazing
Staff in the breakfast area were helpful and attentive. One member of staff stood out for me was Yohana.
From the very first day she was welcoming and always smiling
was lovely to see.

Spa facilities were good and the masseurs did a good job . Fena and Nadia the masseurs got the pressure just right and Eillen the receptionist very helpful. One comment I would make is the spa needs more ambience and spa aromas in the massage rooms and waiting an + make it feel more inviting.

gave a 4 rating as the beach facilities were not under maintenance
and we were given the chance to use Banyan tree pool where cold drinks and fruit were given. This service of cold water and fresh towels plus soft mattresses were not visible or as far
as I saw available so improvement needed there.
Full marks though for the beach side barbecue and dance a treat on a
last night that was an excellent end to my 5 nigh stay

The resort is very beautiful! The food was very delicious in all restaurants, the best however was Saffron. ☺️
The staff welcomed us very friendly and overall everyone is just so nice! Special thanks to Eddy, who always made sure we are fine. 😊

We loved our stay at Angsana/Homm Bintan resort. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We stayed on an all inclusive package. Excellent service from the staff, massages at the Spa were included, which was an exceptional treat. Reception staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind with a special mention for Elle (Elveretta). We enjoyed the breakfast and evening buffets at the restaurant, but also had à la carte dinners at the Treetop restaurant, the Saffron restaurant and the Lotus restaurant. All in all we recommend the Banyan Bintan resorts as a special holiday destination!

Staff were excellent and so helpful. The food was also excellent and some good fish and veggie options.

Good and friendly customer service (staff name: Tasia). Family of 4, 2 rooms, private balcony (level 1 can go directly to the swimming pool which also links to the beach).

Pancha and Risti at the front desk helped us get back the specs that my dad lost at the ferry terminal arrival. Exceptional service. Highly recommended:)

Great experience with our whole family at Homm Laguna Resort. We came from Singapore and my brother, wife and 4 kids from France. Beds are very good, food delicious and pool great. Beach huge and clean. But special thank you for the staff who is very dedicated and experienced. Thank you to Pancha and Daniel for the warm welcome and to manage to solve all our requests. Thank you for the joyfull Wiwik. We will come back for sure and will recommend this resort.

Very glad to have chosen the buffet breakfast option at Homm's Lotus Cafe for our 3 day stay. A great selection of buffet food with a variety of stations where they prepare the food and drinks fresh for you. Our favourite was the herbal station where we enjoyed delicious shots of tumeric and galangal - it was giving wellness retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the service here is a real highlight. We felt well looked after and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We also enjoyed an amazing massage at the attached 8lemonts spa - highly recommend.

Love the island family suite room, front desk staff very helpful and also the lotus buffet is so delicious. The pool si spacoius and we enjoy swimming there

We recently stayed at Homm Laguna Bintan, and it was hands-down one of the best tropical getaways we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality and the stunning beauty of the property.

A massive shoutout to Kris and his entire team. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel like royalty. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly greeting, Kris ensured everything was perfect. The staff here are truly the heart of the resort!

Our room was sparkling clean and incredibly spacious—much larger than we expected! It provided the perfect sanctuary to relax after a day in the sun.
​3. The Beach:
The beachfront is breathtaking. We’re talking powdery, fine white sand and crystal-clear views. It’s exactly the kind of paradise you see on postcards.
​4. Dining & Wellness:
- The breakfast buffet had an amazing spread with something for everyone.
​- The barbecue dinner was a culinary highlight, perfectly cooked and super flavorful.
​- Don't miss the massage service. It was professional, deeply relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Room service is efficient and generous. The breakfast spread is excellent and food quality is very good. There’s also kid’s care and free us to enjoy time for ourselves. Travelling around the island is free and easy. No hassle. Beach is also beautiful, especially during high tide. Particularly enjoyed the seaside bar, having a sip of the drinks while feeling the gentle wind on as faces as we enjoyed our conversation. Overall, we had an excellent vacation and it will certainly be on our list for a relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed stay in this friendly and welcoming hotel. everyone was so kind and supportive even when we took wrong bus to the hotel or dropped smart phone, or totally ignored them when they say hello. special shout out to Daniel for making us feel at home.
