The staff there - Fandy, EL, Daniel, Risti, Micha, Luna, to name a few - has been very helpful by giving us tips on how to go to places that we wanted to go to for food and entertainment. Can't say more thanks to you all for your professionalism and candour. See you again Homm Bintan!! 😎

I was warmly welcomed at recption by Daniel. Upon entering my room I was impressed by the size, view, comfort and cleanliness. All perfect. Homm Laguna is a lovely Hotel located right at the beach. Homm has a wonderful, large swimming pool, a gym and a spa. my room was a sea view room and I watched the Sun rise every morning. Breakfast selection was extensive and very yummy. All staff so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed using the gym and had such a lovely massage and facial with Endras at Element8. Sat night there was a wonderful beach BBQ with a very impressive range of food - looked so beautiful with the lanterns and tables on the sand. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your stay. After researching many hotels before booking I am so glad I choice Homm Laguna and I would definately recommend this Hotel.

Stayed with family and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Good value overall—would recommend!

Room very clean. Staff very polite and helpful.Beach clean and easy to walk on. Sea calm. Views beautiful. We enjoyed swimming in the sea. All the meals were interesting and tasty.

It was a really lovely stay at Homm Laguna! The rooms felt newly renovated & we were at the garden suite facing the sea view which meant waking up to a beautiful sparkling sea. The beach was really well maintained with very few people strolling around which made it feel really nice and private. Good access to a couple of restaurants as well & the inclusive meal in the resort was really generous with their servings.

The staff there were really hospitable & made the entire stay truly welcoming, often taking the initiative to arrange things for your convenience and comfort like helping you book a buggy to your dinner location (super fun!) Really grateful to the staff Fendi for our seamless airport transfer & being so helpful with our bags, and Tasia at the front desk for all the kindness! 🌟

The view of he beach of the beach was very nice. The staff was very nice and the food at XANA club was also good.

Excellent staff at the Homm Laguna Bintan (member of Banyan Tree). Friendly wait staff; great spa service squeezing in time slots to accommodate our timing; and an excellent manager Pancha who was on top of everything in terms of coordination.

Staff were very nice and kind. Courteous and always smiling. Compliments to Marlina from the main floor restaurant. And Benny and Maria watching over my kid at the kids club. Appreciate their kind attention and watching the kids so we can take a small break

Nice place for a family relaxation. Staff are very friendly. Room, Dining, pool cleanliness were outstanding. Beautiful beach.

Great experience with tiptop hospitality. Took advantage of the half board package which was exceptional value. Staff were friendly and accommodating, truly committed to giving guests the best experience possible. Almost everyone remembered me by name despite the long weekend crowd. Adel from the front office was exceptional from check in to check out, going the extra mile to explain how we can make the best of our trip. Thank you very much!

I love the service from Risti, Adel, Tasia and other stuff and I enjoyed the view by the sea. They gave us macaron as a gift.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and enjoyable food. However, serving dishes piping hot would enhance the dining experience. Overall, a pleasant resort stay.

Stayed at Cassia. Staff were friendly and the amenities are great. Just wished there was a real mini mart nearby any of the resorts to buy tidbits and small items, the nearest one was outside the resort area.

We enjoyed our time in this place, it feels like home. The staff was superb friendly. Earth hour event and BBQ at Saturday night was amazing. Our room was facing the sea and wonderful view. Perfect location and perfect choice to holiday. We will come back soon, Thank you all 👋🏼.
