It was a good experience with staff and ambience was really nice
For two days, the shower was unusable—freezing cold water and barely enough pressure to wash our hair. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star.
But the worst part was the manager, Neeraj, who was aggressive, intimidating, dismissive, and repeatedly lied to us instead of taking responsibility. He mocked our complaints, refused to cooperate or offer any meaningful solution, and locked the hotel gate while we were trying to leave after complaining!!!
This was shocking and frightening!
We would have called the police if we were not rushing to catch the train.
His behavior toward paying guests was completely unacceptable and made an already terrible stay genuinely frightening. We traveled all the way to Khajuraho expecting five-star hospitality and were instead met with intimidation, disrespect, and zero accountability.
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel!!!
Mooi hotel en mooi groot zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel
Er was veel lawaai van renovaties en bouwwerken die aan de gang waren. Vooral als je in zwembad zit heb je daar veel last van, niet aangenaam. Opties bij ontbijt waren gelimiteerd. Te veel personeel voor aantal gasten waardoor er te veel mensen aan tafel van alles kwamen, vragen , dubbel werk etc, chaotisch. Alles met goede bedoelingen maar dan kan je niet rustig eten.

No hot water at this supposedly 5-star hotel. We asked manager Neeraj to fix the issue, but instead of resolving it, he lied about what was happening told us we weren't running the water long enough we ran it for 20 minutes....no power at night and no backup generator Completely unacceptable service for a “5-star” hotel. Avoid at all costs!
The stay was really good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The food was also very tasty. Overall, I had a nice experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
