Helpful staff lovely old hotel value for money and pleasant place
Pros:

Location on a main street-easy to find and only 15minutes walk from bus stop. Breakfast had limited choices but plentiful supplies. Staff very helpful to older solo woman. Printed off ticket, advised as to bus stop for departure, arranged taxi service to and from Villa Romana. Room good size for single and all facilities very clean.

Cons:

The window as high up and couldn't be opened. Also wooden shutters were locked in place. I couldn't get fresh air or natural light into my room.

Pros:

Posizione comoda sulla strada principale, camera abbastanza grande.

Cons:

Bagno senza finestre non pulitissimo, colazione solo sufficiente, prezzo un po' alto rispetto alla qualità generale della struttura.

Perfect stay, great and helpful staff thanks again for a great stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Great facilities in the hotel, great breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms were super clean. I didn’t catch the receptionist name, but she went above and beyond to ensure that I got to visit the Villa castle ruins. I absolutely loved my trip. I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing bit to like, it was a great stay in a beautiful city.

Villa Romana August 2025
Pros:

Hotel Villa Romana is ideally placed with easy access to the main square and transport links, very handy for the Villa Romana del Casale. Which is absolutely stunning and definitely not worth missing out on.
The hotel is clean and tidy, the reception is super friendly and helpful.
We also had the pleasure of seeing the Palio dei Normanni which paraded in front of the hotel.

It was clean, comfortable, but felt old.
Pros:

Everything was well organized and they were able to meet all of our requests.

Cons:

If they would change the light bulbs to a warm white color rather than the cool white they have in their Roos, it would be much more pleasant.
