Zimmeraustattung sehr gut. Sehr sauber. House keeping war ausgezeichnet.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Wochenende, oder wenn ein Anlass wie, Hochzeit stattfindet wird es sehr lärmig. An Nachtruhe vor 0100 ist nicht zu denken. Gefühlsmässig befindet man sich mitten in der Disco. Zudem schreckliche Bum Bum Musik, sprich schlecht organisierter Lärm.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Overall, the experience was best, except when a wedding party was held and the noise continued until midnight, which disturbed our sleep, including that of my little ones. Additionally, we had an early start the next morning. However staff were attentive when we complained the next day. Food and service was exceptional. Beautiful, authentic hotel.

Would stay again - not cheap - enjoyed the club room

Check in and check out was like being in Mumbai train station - very hectic noisy and unorganised - a lot of priority goes to air India staff - but other than that the hotel is very good

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at Taj Samudra for making our recent stay absolutely blissful! We were there to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, and honestly, it couldn't have been more perfect.

Right from the start, Mr. Uddika (hope i spelled his name right) at the coffee shop took such great care of us while we waited for our room, he jumped right in, to make sure our lunch was a great experience. The room itself was excellent, and that view was definitely the cherry on top! We also had an incredible session at the spa apologies for not remembering their name that attended me and my wife.

Also a huge shoutout and big kudos to Mr. Karan and Mr. Ashly as well. You guys really went the extra mile to make our double celebration so memorable. We left feeling so happy and pampered.
