Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the thoughtful daily amenities, including warming eye masks, foot-relief patches, and bath salts.

Cons:

Despite the room facing the street, the noise level was not too bad.

There are only two washer-dryers, though, which can be a little inconvenient when guests don’t collect their laundry promptly. It would be great if the hotel could add a couple more machines.

Pros:

距車站走路3-5分鐘，樓下有無印良品、對面有超市、旁邊有北臉，搜尋附近也有中西式早餐店，裝潢很日式無印風格，鶴岡八幡宮鳥居在旁邊，散步走過去很不錯，鎌倉小町通旁邊巷子可到，位置很便利。裝潢太一致性，一開始飯店大門要找一下，check-in櫃台在2F，有自助咖啡機。

Cons:

1.第一晚入住，發現備品牙刷只有一副，打電話給櫃台後有補上，第二晚入住，發現備品多了很多，特別的有蒸氣眼罩、乳液組(好像還有面膜?)，才發現原來第一天入住時根本沒補備品!
2.浴室很大，但房間走道只能半開行李箱。

Atmosfera rilassante e naturale.
Stanza di dimensioni ampie e design elegante. In dotazione moltissimi prodotti e oggetti da bagno.

鬧中取靜的設計，讓人覺得很舒服。因為距離很近，在市區買完東西，可以先走回飯店放，

Bon établissement et excellent emplacement pour visiter Kamakura
Pros:

Les chambres sont confortables et l’emplacement est idéal pour effectuer les visites des temples

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner proposé ne correspond pas du tout aux critères de confort et de standing de l’établissement ; les produits proposés ne sont pas de très bonne qualité et la salle de restauration ressemble à une grande cantine ; cela est vraiment dommage

我來的時候住宿有提供足貼及溫眼罩，很貼心。樓下就有無印良品，附近有超市書店郵局，旁邊就是便利商店。
Pros:

乾淨，舒適，備品很齊全。位置很好周邊什麼都有，離鶴崗八幡宮及商店街很近，門口就是鳥居。
