Loved the hospitality
Everything was perfect
the beach was too good and quite accessible at the night time too which we enjoyed watching the waves. Secondly loved the cycle ride and thirdly there was a artist corner where it said bring the artist in you which felt more like a therapy to the visitors in the lobby.
the pricing of the food was too too high. which was completely disappointing and felt the portion could have been more.
Secondly the food price was equal too the room pricing i think that is only the drawback of the resort i would say

We had a little baby and the staff catered ti our requests for baby cot, in-room Steriliser.
We had the half-board option and stayed for 2 nights.The food (vegetarian), especially dinner, was not upto 5 star hotel standards. Mostly catered towards sea food.
Liked the ambiance, they way off staff support in every minutes that was absolutely good, I had a small kid just started solid foods, the staff at the restaurant understand what we need and provided the baby food to room thank you for those staff (Seelan, deva,Naga,Gopi) those who supported in dinner and breakfast, really appreciate those people’s efforts to make us feel comfortable and memories staycation.

хорошие завтраки. удобно остановиться на ночь или день, чтобы вылететь из аэропорта ченнай. пляж позволяет искупаться. на пляже фантастический дядечка, кто торгует ракушками там 40 лет уже, отлично говорит по - английски, и радушнее очень многих в этом отеле … Красивая территория за которой хорошо ухаживают. В домиках жить комфортнее они имеют прямой выход к морю.
довольно старое здание Taj, которое уже не оч хорошо обслуживается (много где был слышен залпах канализации), персонал в массе своей довольно посредственный, из-за того, что массовый поток постояльцев, отношение ну, среднее, заботы в индийском стиле как дома у бабушки не ждите) как букашки в некоторых индийских сетевых отелях, ориентированных на определенные ценности. Но из за большого потока людей, видимо, руководство отеля не особо заботится о том, чтобы обновлять имущество, потому что итак приедут :) было бы прекрасно, если бы все - таки своевременно следили за изношенностью , а не только уповали на известный бренд Taj . Everything was excellent from the time we checked in to the check out. The staff were so friendly and nothing less of Taj's hospitality.
The AC system could be revamped better to help maintain more cooling because being near sea there's a lot of humidity.

Front office needs to be groomed while handling calls while departure,Food was average, Lacks taste was not like before!
It’s a beautiful hotel, situated on a private beach that is really well taken care of and near lots of unique things to do. I went for a wedding, and the location was perfect for all the events that took place!
There was nothing wrong with the property per se, more the staff. It’s really difficult to get help or to have a question answered - even the simplest of questions caused a lot of confusion and frustration. there were a few of us who conversed about this a couple days later - it seemed that a lot of guests had a similar experience with a lack of competency.
Great location with nice, spacious rooms and great staff.
A few rough edges suggests time for a refit can not be far away. Disappointing that sea is not really 'swimmable' with red flag permanently on show.
