Okay stay
Pros:

We stayed in Deluxe Garden view room. We walked around the garden with various fruit trees and swings for relaxing. We went to the private beach in the evening which was clean and enjoyed standing and sitting nearby.Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I was asked to press 0 to call reception. When we were ready to check out, we found out the telephone was not working. I went out and called a staff one Mary and asked her to request reception for buggy to carry us and luggage but nobody came for 20 minutes. Then I stepped out again saw another male staff who brought buggy driver who happened to be there. The TV was not working which we noticed after we came back from dinner. It was then too late to call. We were very close to activity room but found it was mainly for kids.
The dinner was too spicy for us, hence couldn't enjoy.

Pros:

Staff where nice, gym was quite good, bathrooms nice

Cons:

In urgent need of refurbishment, not a 5* by any stretch of the imagination. Everything mouldy, 40% of the pool tiles cracked, pool bar a shambles, no shop to buy sunscreen or anything really, electrical wires like cobwebs, ugly makeshift buildings an eyesore, the passage to the main accommodations was like a ghetto.

Tolle Lage am Meer
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer, der Pool sind großartig und das Essen im Restaurant Upper Deck mit Blick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad und feuchte Wände im Zimmer. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr groß und dadurch sehr anonym.

Our little one found pure joy in the simplest things — splashing endlessly in the pool, riding her tiny cycle along peaceful pathways, dipping her fingers into bright colours during painting sessions, and building sandcastles by the shore with sandy hands and unstoppable giggles.
