Hotel Loewensteiner Hof Haus am Neuplatz

Verwirrend ist definitiv die Kennzeichnung des Hotels, da Außen ein anderer Name angegeben ist als online gebucht. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und schön geräumig. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter älterer Herr, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und liebevoll das Frühstück vorbereitet (inkl. Einhaltung der Corona-Maßnahmen). Lage ist hervorragend!

Located in the beautiful center of Wertheim, about 50m from the main square. It is a no frills Hotel to spend the night, have breakfast and leave. The rooms are clean, the price in compatitive, it is very very quiet and breakfast is as it should be!

Nice place to stay for one night during a 14 day hike. Functional room with rather small shower en toilet. In town nice restaurant which serves local food and beer. In vicinity of hotel. No need to use transport other than feet

We stayed in the Gästehaus at this location which is a group of rooms directly near the old part of town. Great location for walking around. The room met expectations for the price including lack of air conditioning. The low point is breakfast. The only warm item was a boiled egg which were not even always available and the overall selection was very modest.

We lucked into this spot on the way to Frankfurt airport. Clean, modern, family managed by the way we were taken care of. This hidden gem exceeded expectations. Free wifi. Reasonably priced on top of it all. Would recommend to anybody coming through this area.

I stayed at Hotel Malerwinklel for 2 day 27th and 28th of July 2014.I arrived in Werthiem on the day of the town's celebrations relating to the German culture,singing,dancing,drinking was the order of the day.The entire town seemed very happy for the occasion.Though i didn't meet any hotel staff during check-in, hotel was quiet and neat .Room was already booked so we came in with my business host (on behalf of Vermop proffessional cleaning systems, Mr Gerhad Eichhorm) direct to My room,left to rest until later in the evening.I really loved the maintenance of the hotel,rooms where clean and fresh,environment was very quiet ,indeed it was a very good place to get away from the town hassle. Internet was so fast and always connected , which made it easy for me to Stay in touch with my family at home and running my businesses.Break fast was Good and arranged for in time. I hardly spoke to any hotel staff, no one came to me,welcome me or bid farewell on checkout, all in all my stay was fine and am happy to have stayed at Malerwinkle,this will always remain my choice when am in Wertheim next time. I also love Wertheim as local town , Visited the castle of Wertheim were we had a table reserved for dinner., I love the brief history of Wertheim town from how it servived the World war bombings with a white flag raised on top of the castle. Its a town that i think all should visit given its sites and beauty with the river mine running through the town. Travelled for bussness.

The hotel is located in the old center of Wertheim. At a nice and quiet square.
Staff was very friendly (by far the best on this German trip).
Good beds, good breakfast.

Found this lovely restaurant tucked away a little off the beaten track. Choice of either indoor or outdoor seating (with umbrella's over some tables).

Was going to just have a beer but then saw the food coming out and decided to eat. Language wasn't a problem as the waitress spoke good English and menu available. Had prawns and shrimps in garlic oil to start which was really tasty and very hot as the food was still sizzling when it arrived at the table. We both had pork for the main which was really good and we could not finish the meal as it was a very generous helping of noodles with the food.

As you would expect the beer was very drinkable!!

Most of the time In Germany I stay in this hotel. It is very good hotel. Rooms are very specious have extra space for children. Rooms are clean. Very comfortable sleep. The rooms are attached with small pantry where in you can cook some instant food.

I stayed for almost 15 days during my Induction Training period. The Hotel is located in a lane leading to the Main Market Place. Rooms are sufficient with clean bed , small sofa and study table, ward robe. Also has a small pantry area in the room so that you may cook some instant food if you want ( I never needed it anyways). Breakfast was ample considering I was a Vegetarian Diet all through (enjoyed the flavored Yogurts and Variety of Cheese). The Owner and Staff are quite friendly and willing to help with a smile. Being so close the market one can shop at the small shopping center for daily needs and also some good restaurants and cafe .. Not to forget a Pizza Shop which could serve me delicious Veg Pizzas. Will be staying again next week and look forward for a wonderful experience again.

Rooms were small but clean. The owner wasn't to helpful but we didn't ask much, we would have liked her to open the smoking area, but i had to go outside the hotel to have a smoke. Varied Breakfast, good clean and cheap. Good on a budget in Beautiful Wertheim.

Rooms were small, but very nicely furnished and clean. The owner was very nice and went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and very close to many cafes and restaraunts, as well as the downtown area. The hotel was fully renovated a few years ago with all modern conveniences.

This is a gem. The hotel and rooms are very nicely furnished in a modern style with beautiful wood accents. Central location to the beautiful town.
