EXCEPTIONNEL ET ABORDABLE

Très bel hôtel ancien avec beaucoup de charme. Chambres immenses, très belle salle de bains avec bons produits de toilette. Très propre. Une petite terrasse avec une balancelle indienne bien agréable. Le personnel est adorable et efficace. Les responsables ne restent pas derrière leur bureau nous les avons croisé plusieurs fois pendant nos 3 jours et ils s'inquiètent de notre bien être. Beau jardin pour dîner le soir et très belle piscine propre. Le chef Sainath Rathode nous a enchanté avec ses plats à la carte et les buffets indiens/européens que ce soit au petit dejeuner ou au dîner. Un vrai régal ! L'endroit est très calme. Beaucoup de respect pour les clients. Faites vous plaisir offrez vous un luxe à des prix abordables. Je recommande vivement vous n'aurez que des bons souvenirs.

Trainee staff most friendly

Cons:

Room Housekeeping.
Daily Replenishments were niggardly.
Housekeeping much to be improved and supervised. Trainees need propoer supervision and guidance. Permanent housekeeping staff seems to be taking it easy

Pros:

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The restaurants were good and the communal areas were well maintained.

Cons:

The room was crying out for refurbishment, particularly the bathroom. I am aware this has already started in some rooms.

There was a large function held at the hotel. This meant we lost the use of the lovely garden and a restaurant for most of our stay. This was really unfortunate.

Well positioned for tours

Cons:

Poor taxi and travel connections. They were charging me 1300/- on a journey that was 300/- with other carriers. This nearly made me late for my connection, I should have asked much earlier.

אנחנו מטיילים בהודו לא מעט שנים, התארחנו בהמון מלונות טובים וזה המלון הטוב מכולם!!! גן עדן קטן ושליו שתענוג אמיתי לחזור אליו אחרי נסיעה ארוכה (יחסית) לאתרים. המלון רחב ידיים, מוקף בגן גדול ומטופח, החדרים, לא פחות ממדהימים ואפילו מספקים שירותי תחזוקה וניקיון פעמיים ביום. המסעדה פשוט מצויינת עם מבחר גדול ומגוון של מנות. ב2 המסעדות הנוספות לא אכלנו אבל הן ניראו מדהימות. תודה מיוחדת לסו שף הנפלא שטרח להתעניין באופן אישי אם אנחנו מרוצים בכל פעם שהגענו לאכול. כל אנשי הצוות של המלון היו חייכנים ואדיבים ונתנו לנו להרגיש רצויים. ללא ספק המלון הטוב ביותר ששהינו בו בהודו!

A perfect place for relaxation and rest.
Pros:

Clean rooms, exceptional service. From a welcoming Security staff, Helpful front desk and staff ready to help, excellent restaurant with an exceptional chef in Mr. Sainath with very good support staff. Cant ask for more.
Airport pickup and drop were outstanding. The hotel taxi to Lonar was enjoyable as Mr. Rafiq our driver explained the area while making our journey comfortable.
