Lovely location nice breakfast excellent staff and comfy beds. Own tv, WiFi, enjoy suite, and kettle.
Shower was useless
Very comfortable
All ok
The food was excellent
I had a budget room , There was a musty smell in the bathroom probably because there was no fan.
Great location, nice clean and tidy room excellent value.
Nothing.
Location was good and the room was nice
Nothing
Spot on
1. Early Check Charge of £20 when room was ready seemed unnecessary
2. We paid £184 for one night for a Deluxe Double room but the room didn't reflect this or the photos.
2. Tea/Coffee making area in room wasn't clean.
3. Shower didn't get up to Temperature.
4. Breakfast table wasn't clean. Had to ask someone to wipe it down.
Position was brilliant, view was excellent
Room was large in size, but bed and furniture was very dated, carpet and furniture where badly stained.
Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and relaxing environment. Came with my friend and my boxer dog and the room was plenty big enough. One thing I would prefer would be more veggie options on the menu. 2nd time here and would def book again
Nothing to dislike
The location and view is stunning as ever. The staff were great very pleasant and accommodating.
The restaurant decor was very tastefully done and good there was a seperate area for dogs.
Very very outdated room, lots of big stains on the carpet.
Bathroom only had a shower over the bath which is no good for a 6ft geezer.
Sofa in room way too big and blocks wardrobe.
The room was clean other than the stains.
Very old tv that we couldn't get back on once turned off couldn't really report it as it was after midnight it then came on by itself at about 5am very loud.
Personaly dont like 2 mattresses pushed together a double or king would be way better.
Breakfast no way in a million years worth the price.
Sausage tasty but very tough to cut.
Bacon very undercooked
All with the exception of the sausage were luke warm.
Hash browns on plate yet not on menu and tomato's on menu but not on plate.
The mushroom thing was full of either grease or butter depending on what cooking method was used.
First lot of toast cold with some very burnt and second lot (yes 2 lots due to miniscule portion and not eating hash browns, mushroom.)was brown cool and burnt too.
If your going to boost prices to £190 for 1 night inc brekkie due to Easter or scooter rally improvements need making.
Don't write it off though it genuinely is a nice place and the guys at the counter were great.

Friendly professional staff; nothing was too much trouble. My original room wasn't ready; they kindly gave me a free upgrade. Lovely breakfast, excellent location; would certainly recommend this hotel.
We decided on a ad hoc visit and found this Hotel on booking. We had the opportunity to park the car close and received a parking permit from the hotel prior to check in 2 hours later. Updates to the property were in progress but this did not affect our stay. Rooms are a decent size with all that we needed for our stay.
Drink prices were very high along with the food prices, we decided to eat and drink out.
The gentleman on reception was very helpful and polite, wonderful to deal with. The room was nice the bed was comfortable.
The toilet was separate to the shower room, the shower room was clean but the outside of the toilet needed a good clean. Other than this is was very tidy.
