Pros:

The view

Cons:

The room was dirty
There was crumbs on the furniture the mirror hadn't been cleaned in weeks there was spit on the bathroom mirror and soap residue on the shelf. Considering we arrived at 12 to be told we had to wait until 3 for our room to be cleaned was a joke and very disappointed.we didn't eat in the restaurant because of how dirty the room was, I also spoke to other guests that said the same thing.

Poor
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Rooms were appalling
Absolutely tiny had to climb over a bed to get into the bathroom.
Bathroom was mouldy
Wallpaper hanging off
Paintwork was shoddy
In general poor
The price paid did not reflect the room at all luckily we were only there 1 night for a concert at the open air if I had booked this for longer I would of 100% complained

Breakfast was nice however asked for tea got served coffee, asked for white toast got served brown toast, asked for ketchup this did not come at all!

Overall I would not come back here who hotel needs a revamp.

Comfortable and satisfying stay.
Pros:

A very spacious room with a sea view. Lovely accommodating helpful staff. Perfect for a two night stay. Lift was convenient to room.

Cons:

The view was spoilt slightly by the windows which needed cleaning on the outside due to seagull droppings. Window blinds were hard to manoeuvre. Need replacing and room was dated in general.

Room wa spacious.
