Location was best thing about this hotel
1st room gave us hadnt been serviced.The room given after that,the window wouldnt open and was a heatwave.we slept on a mattress cover as no proper sheet on the bed,a disgrace!! Will not return to this hotel.

The rooms were abit dirty looking and worn including brown marks in shower and holes in doors where locks once were...also chewing gum on wall and main door of my room handle and lock was hanging off
The rooms are simple but clean but we had an excellent sea view. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room had a warm and welcoming decor. Customer service was good throughout the stay, and the lift is a convenient feature for access to higher floors.
Pillows were a bit lumpy. Difficult to find a parking space.

Training of staff for breakfast. Having to wait 50 minutes for breakfast. Cold breakfast with burnt toast. Missing items from breakfast. Wrong orders for breakfast. No-one cleared tables. Bedroom very outdated. Carpet missing in front of wardrobe. Bath panel not fitting bath properly. Shelf above sink loose. Double glazed windows broken down - misty inside unit. Staff not very friendly.
