Pros:

Location was absolutly perfect, I can appreciate the amount of parking that was available as well. Will certainly book again, Also book a room that over see;s the street next time i am there for Cruise week.

Cons:

Can certainly be one of those one off things, but i feel my room was really stuffy, and the bathroom wasnt very clean.

It was a good time at cruise week I think the plumbing need to be updated and staff a little better trained but not terr

The building was nice a really cool ice rink and play time and things to do with the kids and the location for cruise week is primo

Cons:

The ceiling in our bathroom was leaking sewer water from the apartment above and we had a 7 month old baby with us so that was fun and we had to call 3 times to have our trash picked up and each time someone said nothing ever got said about trash but other than that it was alright

Pros:

It was a good location and staff was friendly.

Cons:

We paid extra for the ocean view that was obstructed by a building. There was also tables that were a direct eye line into our room so every time someone was using the area they were literally staring into our space on the second floor.

Worst hotel stay ever! Fire alarm went off int the middle of the night because kids were smoking
Cons:

Every morning at 7 am the cleaning people are already cleaning the rooms and won't let you sleep. Then give you dirty looks when you come outside. Basically they want you out of the room so they can clean it. Don't move at all going through the hallways. So Rude and clueless!

The Screen door also did not work, the pool was not in service and the ice rink was also not in service.
