I liked that the kids had a variety of things to do in the hotel. I really enjoyed the quick access to the beach.

Cons:

Some of the staff at the bar and restaurant weren’t very friendly.

There are many options in ocean city, if you want to stay competitive talk to your staff and work on cleanliness!
Pros:

Location is great. You can walk right onto the beach, and it’s walking distance to a decent amount of places.

Cons:

Because the property is dated, I feel like that makes it even more important for them to be CLEAN. We stayed 3 nights and never got our room serviced. Even when we ASKED. We then had to practically beg someone to come up with fresh towels, take dirty towels, and change the trash. Additionally, your staff at the front desk is NOT friendly. The only friendly staff, and the only reason I gave 4 stars for staff, was for the people who clean the rooms! They were very sweet and helpful (we finally got our trash changed and clean towels by stopping someone in the hallway.)

Pros:

Nothing was exciting at this place. Some staff and managers wasn't nice. And accommodating.

Cons:

The place needs a lot of renovation. No towels was available I. The pool area. Wasn't notified that they had beach chairs available for guest. The whole experience was bad for my family and I.

We had a great time with my Grandkids,would definitely go back. Staff was very friendly and polite
Pros:

Very family oriented hotel, indoor ice skating rink,indoor/outdoor pools,arcades and a beach bar for the adults. Plenty of parking, parking garage if lot is full. We had ocean front with balcony which was great!

Cleanliness of rooms, house keeping not coming, organization, check in procedure, my “view” was of the dirty rooftop of the hotel littered with aluminum cans, plastic trash, and used condoms, even the parking lot was unkept

I would go back, The Carosel was amazing!!
Pros:

The property is amazing!! Great location , beautiful, everything was there where we needed it I.e restaurants etc. and right on the beach we didn’t have to go anywhere

Cons:

They put us was in a back room at the end of the hall the bed was uncomfortable and we had a view of the roof

Close to attractions outside of hotel

Cons:

Request room service multiple times because no one will come up. Lines so long and lobby so crowded you were waiting forever before being taken care off. People cut in front of the line and staff did not say anything!
