We paid for a an oceanfront room on a weekday night. The view was spectacular from our balcony and the beach and outdoor properties were worth the stay however the indoor pool and hot tub need renovating as do the rooms. The hotel has an old HVAC system that does not allow a guest to switch from air to heat without shutting off the noise cancelling fan which we needed to do on the cool fall night we were there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. So a mixed bag but overall enjoyable.

First time visiting. Your place is every nice will go back, only problem was we were going to the beach we asked at the desk if chairs were free on the beach, they said yes 2 people 2 chairs. Went to the beach the guy there said $28.00, since they weren't part of yoir hotel. There is a blonde young lady at the bar inside and outdide very nice to talk to and friendly

The room was very unappealing, with food on the floor and in the sink. The bathtube was stained. We were there 5 minutes we told the staff we were unhappy with the room. They offered us another room which was just like the first one. We asked for a refund as we did not think the room was what was advertised. They gave us a run around at first telling us thst Expedia had to offer us the refund, The very helpful agent at Expedia told us they had to refund it. The Exoedia agent tried to reason with them and they hung up on him. We asked to speak to the manager she handed us a copy of the no refund agreement that we signed on sign in. I tried to explain we were only there 5 minutes and the room was not acceptable. She wouldn't even give us any eye contact. She eventually put us in an Ocean front room which was better, but, this room was also dirty and had what looked like bloid stains on the curtains and on the railings. We were just going to leave and dispute it with our CC. But, it was midnight at this point and we wanted to choose a name brand so we could be assured of a quality room. They were all sold out. We had stayed at this Hotel's other property previously and loved it, which is why we thought we would be ok here. Sadly, we were mistaken. While, the other staff we came in cintact with was wonderful, the night time manager was not the greatest. As we were leaving Sunday, we were putting the keys in the express checkout and she was passing by the box.
