Genelde gayet memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüz.
Pros:

Kahvaltı yeterli çeşitlilikte ve lezzetli idi, servis gayet kibar ve dikkatli idi, sauna olanağını kullandık ve çok memnun kaldık. İşletmecinin nezaketi ve dikkatinden de çok memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Kalorifer sadece belli saatlerde yanıyor. Gün içi odada durmadığımız halde sabah erken saatte ısınmaması ve akşam erken kapatılması nedeniyle oda ısısı yetersiz kaldı. Internet de odamızın içinden almıyordu, koridorda ve lobide çalışıyordu ancak odada olmadığı için hiç kullanmamış olduk. Klozet yerinden oynuyor, banyonun gözden geçirilmesi iyi olacak.

The staff and location is top, but the hotel could need some renovation and new beds.
Pros:

Great location and super friendly staff! Everything is clean and the hotel has a great atmosphere and personality, but perhaps some updates here and there would be good.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable. They are old and have no mattress topper. The shower in our room was functioning, but a new shower head and better drainage would definitely be a comfort upgrade.

La posizione, comoda per il paese e comoda per sciare

Cons:

La cosa che mi ha colpita negativamente è la quantità di avvisi “minatori” sparsi ovunque: in camera, in bagno, nel corridoio, sulle porte, perfino in ascensore. Cartelli formato A4 in quattro lingue con divieti e avvertenze: vietato stendere sul calorifero, vietato chiudere le tende, obbligo di spegnere le luci, indicazioni sulla biancheria (che viene fornita all’arrivo e, se cambiata, addebitata), sul kit di cortesia (fornito solo una volta e non reintegrato).
Le regole è giusto comunicarle, ma basterebbe spiegarle all’arrivo: non c’è bisogno di tappezzare ogni spazio con fogli ovunque. La sensazione costante è quella di avere un indice puntato addosso, più che di essere ospiti.

Anche l’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori: al mio arrivo a colazione non ho ricevuto nemmeno un buongiorno. Mi è stato detto in modo piuttosto freddo che “con Booking la colazione non è compresa” e che potevo prendere una brioche e un caffè a pagamento al bar. L’ambiente, inoltre, è apparso triste e poco curato.
Un altro aspetto scomodo è che non è possibile addebitare le consumazioni in camera: se scendi senza portafoglio devi risalire in stanza oppure pagare con il telefono, se lo hai con te.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza che non mi ha fatto sentire accolta.

Hotel bello, ma da migliorare
Pros:

Buon albergo, in posizione piacevole, tra il centro e la zona per lo sci, personale gentile ed efficiente, parcheggio privato, ascensore, panorama dalla stanza.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità/prezzo, arredamento da migliorare, bagno con qualche problema, temperatura nella stanza, colazione appena sufficiente, illuminazione stanza, prese elettriche (ne funzionano 2 su 3)

Pros:

Mi serviva una singola per 3 giorni, per la cifra che ho speso, ha soddisfatto a pieno le mie aspettative. Camera confortevole e abbastanza ampia, pulita, e con balconcino. Parcheggio gratis in struttura. Personale gentilissimo. C'era tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno.

Per la cifra che ho pagato, non ho nulla da obiettare.

alla fine rispecchia il rapporto qualita' prezzo
Pros:

buona ma dava inizio colazione alle 8.00 io non avevo visto il cartello e al ceck in non mi hanno segnalato l'orario quindi sono sceso alle 7.30 dovendo andare in pista alle 8.30 ed era tutto spento , in realta' alle 7.45 la colazione ha aperto prima quindi ok ...
