Location 5/5 excellent, breakfast was versatile.
Room has many defects and broken parts. Fridge was pretty dirty. Otherwise room size and views were excellent.

- Nice location: lake on one side and forest on another side
- Very friendly and helpful personnel at the both reception and restaurant area. They made our stay way more positive than expected
- Breakfast was good and have interesting options to choose from so better choice than average hotel choice
- Kids corner with games, a separate playroom, a search game with a reward. A big plus to a family stay
- Swimming pool area is very bad. Starting from freezing cold pool including baby pool being cold as well until tiny changing room and even tinier shower and sauna area.
Honestly it was the biggest frustration as pool was as deciding factor for booking this hotel and it failed completely.
I cannot really understand how such a big hotel could have built so tiny dressing/shower area for it and so small sauna. It was first time ever when you cannot fit into the area. And having freezing water without any option to warm you up after that. It was a big NO;
- Rooms and corridors upstairs are quite worn out and old fashioned. Even though lobby and restaurant area looked nice. It can really use some renovation even though it was actually clean so in overall it was still a pleasant stay.
- The room price was quite high even for a 4* star hotel but still not enough to get gowns and slippers. Turned out to get those you need to pay for a superior room

Hotellihuoneen siivous olisi voinut olla parempi, vedenkeitin puuttui, tyynyt olivat huonot ja niitä olisi voinut olla useampi. Huone oli kulahtanut.
Siistit huoneet, mukava henkilökunta ja erinomainen aamupala!
Allasosaston sauna oli kylmä, vesi oli kylmää ja järvimaisemaa ei näkynyt huoneesta.
Aamiainen oli kohtalainen, letut ja se joku extra puuttui.
Tyynyt ja peitot kuluneita, huone jo liian retro hintaan nähden.
Aamupala ok,muuten ihan susi paikka
