Enjoyed!
Pros:

Location is right next to the central train station. Breakfast is superb. The room is spacious. Most of the shops, attractions can be reach by foot from the hotel.

Cons:

We stayed in a family room. The bed provided for the kids is a sofa bed, during our first night, we didn't sleep well because of the squeaky sound of the bed everytime they move. We just decided to move the mattress down directly on the floor and that solved the problem.

Best location in Tampere with the friendliest staff you will find in Finland.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and were incredibly kind. With a perfect location and spacious rooms, it was a highlight of our trip. We truly loved how well we were looked after; this was easily the friendliest hotel staff we encountered in Finland.

Cons:

Minor downsides: the 'wet room' shower style means the whole bathroom floor gets soaked (common in Finland, but a step or better drainage would help!). Also, the pillows weren't the most comfortable.
