Pros:

Perusaamiainen. Huone vastasi odotuksia. Keskeinen sijainti hyvä. Poislähtiessä respassa oli ystävällistä väkeä vaikka jätin avainkortinvain laatikkoon niin huikkasivat kiitokset ja toivottivat hyvät päivän jätkot.

Cons:

Olin pyytänyt hiljaisen huoneen niin huone oli Hämeenkadullepäin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja ratikkapysäkki oli ikkunan alla, että ei todellakaan ollut hiljainen.
En ole ennen tavannut yhtä epäystävällistä työntekijää vastaanotossa kun saavuin hotelliin, tiuskaisi kortteia ja kun ystävällisesti kysyin että muistanko oikein että maksoin etukäteen niin kivahti että luottokortti tarvitaan silti (en siis kyseenalaistanut niiden näyttämistä vaan omaa muistiani), ei tervehtinyt eikä toivottanut tervetulleeksi, ei kertonut missä aamiainen on. Onneksi oli kaveri samassa hotellissa joka ohjasi aamiaiselle (oli saanut saman töykeän vastaanoton)

Sijainti, aamupala, henkilökunnan ystävällisyys

Cons:

Huoneesta oli otettu kaikki ns. ylimääräinen pois. Ei esim ollut edes pikkulusikkaa vaikka joissain hotelleissa kuuluu teet, kahvit, kahvikupit ja lusikat huone varusteluihin. Huone oli kuitenkin hintava joten luulisi että sillä hinnalla nuokin palvelut kuuluu hintaan
