Cons:

The room was tiny and the atmosphere was sterile. Some staff were very pleasant and helpful when approached, some were less so but I do understand that there is a language difficulty as I don't speak japanese. Having stayed at the property 9 nights I expected a bit more flexibility and warmth- for example it was criticised that I was checking out at 10.20 instead of 10.00

スタッフの対応はとても親切で良い

Cons:

部屋が狭く、圧迫感がありリラックス出来ない。ベッドも悪い。

Pros:

Great price and location for train access

Cons:

Very stiff beds, could be difficult for people with back problems. There was also some occasional bad smells from the drain in the shower room.

We would stay again if we didn’t get a smoking room
Pros:

Very clean, the staff is so so helpful & kind, we loved the lockers to use before you check in, our room had a great view, the location was great as well. Room was a bit small but the layout worked well, def good for 1-2 people but no more

Cons:

We accidentally ordered a smoking room without knowing :( so the room and hall smelled like smoke

Reliable stay for a week in a tiny room
Pros:

Mainly a business hotel, not that many foreigners, well connected to public transport. Walk-through to Family Mart where you can purchase some food and beverages. Accepts IC-cards, cash and credit cards. Family Mart provides 24/7 service.
Sufficient breakfast buffet with Japanese food.
Bathroom small but clean and suitable. I loved the Japanese toilet with heated seat.

Cons:

English skills of the personnel at the reception could be better, Google translate has helped a lot. Being a European, beds were to hard for me. Don't get me wrong, all good because I accept the culture.

コスパ重視
Pros:

立地が便利だったことと、朝食ビュッフェが美味しかったところ。それ以外は普通のビジネスホテルといった感じでしたが、コスパを考えると大満足です。

Cons:

終了時間に近い時間帯に朝食ビュッフェに行くと、残り物感が少しあるので早めに行った方がより良いと思います。
