Quite poor communication by staff. Surprising. Lower standard than I expect from scandic.
Pros:

Food was decent. Good location near train station.

Cons:

Poor communication. I had a booking for 16-18 Sept and asked, by phone and by Booking.com message, to add the night before (the 15th). I was told to book it separately, so I did. At check-in, staff said I could keep the same room across both bookings. The next morning I was told that wasn't possible, so I packed up everything and brought it down before a morning meeting, only for a different staff member to say I could stay in the same room after all. Then on my last day, the hotel finally replied to my original message and extended my stay to the 19th, the wrong end of the booking, adding a charge for a night I never asked for.

Das Zimmer war teilweise beschädigt an der Decke und bei einer Lampe am Nachtisch war keine Glühbirne und die Drähte gingen raus war schon sehr gefährlich

Stort godt rom. Stort bad. Fint med liten stue m/stoler. Kort vei til destinasjonen vi skulle til. MC Donald like ved. Hyggelig personale.

Beliggenheten er god. Hotellet har parkering.

Cons:

Frokosten var rotete. Bordene ble ikke ryddet fortløpende og det var stort sett alltid fritt for juice og vann. Parkeringen var trang da det stod søyler overalt. Flere plasser kunne ikke brukes når det var nesten fullt da plassene ble for trange.

God frokost.
Grei service.

Cons:

Utrolig trangt i P-kjelleren. Ble nesten stengt inne i bakre parkeringsrad. Fikk til slutt lirket ut bilen med mye fram og tilbake og stor fare for karosseriskade.
Løs og treg kran på servanten på badet, rom 246.

Morgenmad var fint, personalet var venlige ved morgenmaden. Lobby var fin.

Cons:

Personalet ved indchecking/reception kunne være venligere og mere kompetente... værelset var stort og handicap venligt, hvilket desværre gjorde det på ingen måde hyggeligt. Jeg gætter på at vi fik det værelse fordi vi var tre personer, men det var ærgerligt. Værelset var meget koldt. Sengen til 3.person meget hård. Shampo på badet var tom. Toiletskyl virkede kun ved "stort". Der manglede et tandkrus på badet. Bruser og vandtryk var lavt og dårligt fungerende og temperaturen kunne ikke indstilles godt.
Alt i alt en følelse af lidt slidt rum, hvor der ikke var gjort sig umage. Lidt øv, men ellers ok.

I og med at vi ble syke under oppholdet, omgangssyke, vil vi gi en ekstra honnør til personalet som lot oss få beholde det samme rommet til langt ut over normal utsjekkingstid dagen etter vi normalt skulle sjekket ut. Vi betalte selvfølgelig for et døgn ekstra

Dusjen hadde en skarp kant i keramikkflisene som jeg skar meg til blods på. denne burde vært beskyttet med en list el. trekantflis.
