ツインルームでしたが、思っていたより広く快適でした
Pros:

そんなに大きくはありませんでしたが、大浴場が付いてた事

スリッパが2種類あり、トイレ用と部屋用に分けて使えた事

Cons:

部屋にお湯を沸かす用の水を置いてくれているホテルが多い中、こちらではそれがなかった事

全体的には好印象。次回には大浴場も楽しみたいと思います。
Pros:

ベッドも広く、施設・備品もしっかりしており、清潔感もあり、好印象。朝食も思いのほか充実。フロントの対応も一部を除きよいものがありました。

Cons:

丁度改修工事中にあたってしまい、大浴場が使えず残念でした。やや駅まで距離があり、今回は手荷物が多かったため、駅近のトヨタレンタカーまでの搬送に一汗かきました。＊事前にフロントで「出発の朝９時頃に、レンタカーをホテルの駐車場に一時停めて、手荷物を運び入れたいのだけど大丈夫？」と相談したのですが、色よい返事はもらえず、やむなくホテルとレンタカーとの間を大荷物を抱えて２往復しました。もう少し、顧客側に立って気を利かしてくれてもよかったのではと思いました。因みに、他のホテルでは同様なケースでスタッフが立ち会ってくれて助かりました。
また、宿泊料金については、もう少し安くしてもらえると有難いと思います。因みに予約後に、Booking.comの価格が他の旅行サイトより高いことが分かり、ガッカリしました。Booking.comはどこよりも安いのが売りでは？

Pros:

朝食はよかった
部屋もよく、よく眠れた

Cons:

シャワーキャップがないホテルは初めて
ゴムでは役に立たない
朝食後に部屋で飲みたくてフロントにあるコーヒーに食堂にある牛乳を入れたかったがフロントで断られた　朝食を提供しているのは別会社だったのか!?

お部屋も大浴場もきれいで快適
朝ごはんもおいしかったです。

Cons:

朝ごはん、からあげとポテトがほしいって子供の希望です。
外壁工事中で窓外が残念でした。
駐車場が無料だとうれしいです。
