The bathroom walls are made out of glass. We booked two rooms, as three friends, and weren’t comfortable with this. The staff didn’t really seem to understand this. We ended up booking a third room at the hotel because there apparently weren’t any rooms without this feature, which obviously made our stay much more expensive.

there’s only two small bottles of drinking water which we had to use for drinking, to brush our teeth and to fill a kettle. It’s not enough….i think if you can’t use their tap water, then drinking water should be provided.
Bel hôtel, bien placé. Bon petit dej. Personnel présent mais tellement formaté, à la limite obséquieux, nous aimons la spontanéité et la vraie générosité, pas le formatage. À chacun ses goûts.
Hôtel fatiguant par le bruit des familles, permanent au petit déjeuner, dans les chambres, dans les couloirs et surtout à la piscine où il est impossible de se relaxer, nous sommes plus dans une colonie de vacances que dans un hôtel de standing. Quand, par extraordinaire, les familles sont absentes, plutôt que de nous faire profiter du silence et du chant des oiseaux, nous avons à supporter le nouveau fléau qui frappe toute l'Asie : la musique générée par 'l'IA, en l'occurrence une suite d'accords lénifiants et insipides, plaqués sur un piano imaginaire, d' une durée d'une minute environ et que l'on répète à l'infini. C'est insupportable. Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel.

Loved everything about this hotel, it was beautiful, get a pool view room, it truly is amazing. The fish pond was stunning, the staff amazing, great location, wonderful breakfast.
Building work next door, not the hotels fault or that it impacted us that much, our first room was overlooking the construction but the hotel moved us to a pool view room without any hesitation, excellent staff, facilities and breakfast. Great area too.
An absolute jewel in the crown. Luxe, classy and timeless, with a real sense of elegance throughout.
What stood out most, though, were the staff. Every person we encountered — from the doormen and bell staff to reception, restaurant, housekeeping and spa staff — was warm, welcoming and professional. There was a genuine friendliness about them, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
The restaurant offered a fantastic selection, the pool area was beautiful, and the overall experience was exceptional. A wonderful place to stay.

J’ai déjà séjourné dans cet hotel il y deux ans et cette année ,j’ai réservé pour mon fils pour 1 nuit ,il decouvre le pays avec son amie et sont de passage .
L’hôtel leur a attribué une chambre à coté de celles en travaux avec tous les inconvénients liés au bruit , ils ont dû demander pour changer de chambre et ce qui a été fait .le personnel leur avait dit que les travaux s’arrêtaient à 17H30 maxi et quand ils sont rentrés en fin de journée , les travaux ne se sont pas arrêtés .
Ils ont dû refaire leur valise pour changer de chambre … incompréhensible de la part du personnel de ne pas leur proposer cette chambre avant , d’autant plus que l’hôtel n’était pas plein et que c’était un cadeau que je leur faisait .… Déçue…

Big room and comfortable bed. I mentioned the pillow was hard they ensured to find me a better pillow, extraordinary service.

The hallways are very large and a bit hospital-like, but the rooms are fine.
Excellent one-night stay. Arrived on the overnight train, met a guide, dropped luggage at the hotel, and then off for a wonderful day of experiencing Hue. Such a retreat to return in the afternoon after a hot, exhausting day. The pool was amazing!
