Loved this hotel
Pros:

This hotel is superb, room was very large and clean. The pool area is fantastic. Had a great massage. Meals were great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We hired a private driver to take us to the tombs, well worth it. Had a fun tour with the cycle rickshaw guys that hang around the Imperial Palace.

Locatie was dichtbij alles. Ruime hotelkamer en ontbijt was uitgebreid en heel goed

Jammer dat naast het hotel verbouwd werd. Overdag en ‘s avonds laat werd er gewerkt, ook in het weekend

Elegancia en el centro de Hue
Pros:

Buena ubicación, excelente nivel de limpieza, la pileta es lo más. El personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno muy completo, pero poca variedad de frutas.

Cons:

El baño es un cubiculo de vidrio dentro de la habitación, poca intimidad.

Truly five star
Pros:

Everything was great. Best hotel we've stayed in in Vietnam. Very attentive and polite staff. Large room with huge bathroom and the restaurant had great food

Close to town centre without being too close - essentials such as pharmacy and general goods very close.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Grounds and rooms kept very tidy. Spa services were wonderful.

Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely big rooms, clean and comfortable. Reception staff super helpful with local recommendations.

Cons:

It was a holiday weekend and the children’s noise from the pool was loud throughout the hotel. Not many western options for breakfast.

Un havre de paix dans une très belle ville .
Pros:

La piscine était très belle , grande et chaude . Le jardin est très beau , les chambres agréables . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct pas excellent .

Cons:

Qualité des mets au petit déjeuner correcte . Nous avons eu des petits déjeuné. Notamment à Tam coc à l hôtel horizon retreat bien meilleur.

Хороший отель для семейного отдыха
Pros:

Приятный отель в центре города. Номера в хорошем состоянии, завтрак разнообразный, персонал в говорит по английски (база).Есть внутренний парк с бассейном (это и плюс и минус, в минусах напишу почему)

Cons:

В отеле есть бассейн, и видимо по этому, много семей с маленькими детьми. Звукоизоляция низкого уровня и крики очень слышны до 23:00 (позже у большинства хватает культуры не орать)
