The laundry service was very expensive, both the express service and the normal service. Probably if you have 5 T-shirts and a couple of pants you pay the equivalent of one night in the room

Unbelievable hotel! Besides the beauty of the hotel itself, the level of service is like nothing else we've experienced so far on our travels through Vietnam - the management should be extremely proud of all their staff.
We arrived early off the train and were able to drop our bags and head out to explore.
The room is huge and immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. The gym, although small, is adequate for a quick workout. The pool and garden areas are beautiful and the massage I had in the spa was wonderful. The included breakfast is a VAST buffet with local and western options (try the century egg, it's an experience in itself!), plus the option to order eggs cooked to your liking.
For all this, I thought the price was fantastic
The only downside is that area in the spa where the sauna and steam room is located is looking a bit rundown compared to the rest of the spa
