Excellent and pleasant
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and pleasant. My daughter really liked the pool, and we were happy that there wasn’t a big crowd, so sometimes we could use the pool all by ourselves. The lake outside, with fishermen on the ice, was also lovely — it created a feeling of peace and quiet.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only issue was that we couldn’t change the reservation dates when our plans changed, but that was related to the booking policy rather than the hotel itself.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Uima-allasosasto oli hieno ja mukava oli olla altaassa ja poreallas oli mukava yllätys altaan lisäksi. Aamupala oli hyvä ja runsas.

Televisio oli vanhanaikainen, eikä siihen saanutvyhdistettyä puhelinta, että olisi sitänkautta voinut katsoa Yle Areenaa tai muuta suoratoistopalvelua.

Valentine's Day
Pros:

We felt ourselves welcome already, when we made a phonecall to the receptionist and the same good feeling continued also at the reception desk. We got the room what we wished for and it seemed that personnel really liked their work to serve customers.

This time we had also possibility to eat in the restaurant. There was an excellent menu of the Valentine's Day and very very reasonable price. Also in the restaurant the personnel were very service-minded and polite.

And at breakfast the waiter remembered us and had some friendly words from the previous evening dinner. I don't know the English word to describe the people of this area and hotel "oekeeta immeisiä", maybe authentic people. Anyhow, we liked our visit a lot.

Aamiainen oli erinomainen! Iso kiitos erityisruokavalioiden huomioimisesta!

Cons:

Huoneen wc:ssä oli erikoinen "turvavalo", jota ei saanut sammutettua. Respan mukaan pakollinen (en ole ikinä koskaan missään törmännyt vastaavaan). Ärsyttävä käydä yöllä wc:ssä, kun valo paistaa silmiin. Tämä onkin ainoa negatiivinen asia, joka käynnistä on sanottavana.
