Amazing Hotel!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! It’s conveniently located close to the city center while still being nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it a peaceful retreat.

The reception area is grand & very beautiful (looks like a palace), and the staff are extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a warm welcome that immediately makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

The food is exceptional, with fantastic options for breakfast, brunch, dinner, and snacks/drinks. The variety and quality are so impressive that you really don’t feel the need to dine elsewhere. A special highlight is the live classical music during breakfast in the reception area, which creates a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere.

The pool and garden area are beautiful and tranquil—perfect for unwinding. The entire property is elegantly decorated, creating a refined yet very comfortable environment.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

A quiet little retreat
Pros:

It met every aspect of a Taj Hotel. There was a marriage going on in the property, and yet they took care of the guests as if each one of us were so very special. We were given rooms in the wing which would have less disturbance and it indeed was quiet and soothing. Muskan and Ayush at the reception were really very very nice. So was the person at the travel desk. Sanya, Yogesh and Akansha at the F&B section went out of their way to do things for us. I needed to pack some Avadhi food for my family and boys and unfortunately the shops were closed. Sanya consulted with us regarding what kind of food we were looking at and then spoke with the chef. The entire thing was frozen such that it would not get spoilt in our long journey. Such care and hospitality deserve special mention. Sanya if you are reading the review. The boys enjoyed the food so much that they have thanked you from the bottom of their hearts.
The next stop was the Oudhiyana restaurant. It is simply outstanding. The ambience, the little nook where we sat, the live Ghazal and then the food. Oh my. All the sensory buds were activated. Chandani, Abu and Mr. Anil were excellent at their job. I hope Taj Mahal keeps up with the Taj standard and never falter. The floors, the decor, everything was very very nice. Oh and I must mention the pianist, the flute playing lady and the person who was playing the sitar at the marriage lawn. They are masters at their work. Cheers to them.

Cons:

Very difficult to write. I seriously have to think and yes maybe a balcony on the third floor overlooking the lawn below would really be so nice.

Enjoyable stay and property can be enjoyed as its sprawling and has lovely outdoor areas.
Pros:

It’s a well maintained property with a sense of grandeur. Staff were very courteous.

Cons:

We needed a thermos for hot water for my mother but they couldn’t provide it after repeatedly asking for it.

Beautiful and plentiful.
Pros:

The place was beautiful, and loads of services on site. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was FANTASTIC with so many awesome choices. Location close to the Dr Ambedkar Park was great (and well worth a visit), though you need transport to get anywhere else (unless you're up for a long walk like we were).

Cons:

Staff were a bit too attentive, we just wanted some peace, but kept getting asked about how things were every 5 minutes.

Great Family atmosphere
Pros:

Very good value for money, great ambience, staff work with you as if they are part of your business & want it to grow. Really appreciate the staff in cook up some of the best Lucknow property.

Cons:

Gym & swimming area has maintenance & construction. Staff very helpful around that area.
