Direkt im Zentrum, nettes Personal, okay für einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise.

Cons:

Der Bereich vor der Eingangstür ist etwas seltsam, es geht durch einen schmalen Gang im Erdgeschoss in das Treppenhaus. Öffentliche Hotelbereiche sind mit nur wenigen Fenstern ausgestattet. Der Frühstücksraum bekommt nur über die Dachverglasung Licht.

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле уже два раза. Понравилось все - уютный и тихий номер, отличный завтрак (шведский стол). Удобное расположение отеля в нескольких минутах пешком от железнодорожного вокзала и автобусного вокзала. Душевный персонал.

Good accommodation in the centre of the city.
Pros:

It was a very convenient central basis from which to explore the city. It was very hot, and they provided a fan in the room, which was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Una semana maravillosa en Avenue
Pros:

Desde la recepción en el checkin, hasta el checkout, todo fue excelente, siempre todos muy amables con una sonrisa y bien predispuestos.

La habitación es del tamaño adecuado, ni excesivamente grande, ni demasiado pequeña que no puedas moverte.
Cuenta con un pequeño ventilador (es bastante calurosa en verano) un minibar y objetos varios como un calzador de zapatos, destapador, una pequeña jarra eléctrica para agua caliente, incluso una máquina para alisar pantalones (para quien hace viajes de trabajo cálculo debe resultar muy útil y práctico).

El baño cuenta con secador de cabello, jabón líquido de manos, y shampoo para el cabello
También proveen de cepillo y pasta dental si se solicita, como fue mi caso que se me agotó la pasta dental y me dieron un set completo.

A diario realizan la limpieza y a solicitud cambian toallas y ropa de cama,por lo que las instalaciones en general y la habitación siempre estaba limpia y ordenada.

El buffet del desayuno es de lo más completo y variado para todos los gustos, bolleria dulce, planificados (incluso sin gluten creo) opciones saladas, fiambres y embutidos, conservas varias. También opción dulce, fruta variada, mermeladas, variedad de jugos, te, café, etc.

Sencillamente superó mis expectativas y la ubicación está muy bien, a 200mts de estación de subte y a 500mts de la frauenkirche.

Sin dudas recomiendo el lugar y volvería a ir!

Cons:

Lo único negativo que podría decir por poner algo, pero que en realidad no es una falla del hotel, es que si estas con habitación que da a la calle como fue mi caso, a primeras horas de la mañana y los fines de semana por la noche, puede ponerse un poco ruidoso.
Sin embargo las ventanas cuentan con cancelación de ruido y en la habitación te ofrecen tapones extra para los oídos.
Lo demás como dije arriba, todo excelente.

Für einen Städtekurztripp perfekt
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Nettes, sehr bemühtes Personal. Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Frühstück, keine riesen Auswahl aber völlig ausreichend und gut. Für den Preis wirklich empfehlenswert. Wenn ich wieder in Nürnberg bin, werde ich wieder hier einchecken

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich ist wenig einladend. Zentrale Lage bedeutet auch, dass es nicht wirklich ruhig ist, da keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist , muss man aber die Fenster offen lassen. Ich hatte leider direkt vor meinem Fenster eine sehr helle Straßenlaterne.

Pros:

Все хорошо, расположение, персонал, завтрак- все необходимое здесь есть.. ночевал одну ночь. Единственный минус нет кондиционирования, но это зависит от погоды( нужно ли оно)
