The hotel is very stylish and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight - everything was delicious.
The room was spacious, especially by Japanese standards. The bridge didn’t spoil the view at all, and the balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax.
The nearest beach isn’t quite the classic Okinawa beach you might picture, given the bridge overhead. But there’s the option of taking ferries to other islands, where you’ll find some beautiful beaches. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby, so the location has its advantages.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable hotel that stands out for its design, breakfast and spacious rooms.
The hotel looks quite modern with an artsy touch. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very friendly and there is a parking located just outside of the hotel. Additionally there are really good Okinawa restaurants located from walking distance of the location!
The laundry machines are a bit outdated, one was out of order.

hotel is modern, stylish and aesthetically pleasing, with a nice room and lovely views of the harbour. And praise be for the Japanese toilet bidet! These marvellous contraptions are one of Japan’s greatest contributions to civilisation. Heated seats, a proper wash, and all the technological wizardry one never knew one needed. Honestly, the bidet deserves a better hotel.
Check-in is a rather impersonal affair, with guests practically herded towards a machine to fend for themselves. A warm welcome from an actual human being appears to be an optional extra. Need help? You’ll have to seek someone out yourself. Heaven forbid hospitality should involve a little hospitality.
The air conditioning is another adventure, seemingly designed for guests with a degree in engineering and an abundance of patience. One merely wishes to adjust the temperature, not undertake a technical apprenticeship.
Now, for a hotel in Japan, a country so rightly admired for its cleanliness, the housekeeping policy is particularly amusing. Room cleaning is only provided on the third day, with the intervening days apparently sacrificed in the name of environmental sustainability. Very noble, I’m sure, but one does rather expect a clean room when paying for a hotel.
The location is another drawback. The hotel seems to have made peace with a neighbouring fuel depot, which is hardly the romantic holiday setting one dreams of. It is also away from much of the action, so getting around requires a little plannin
What an amazing hotel - so much attention to detail, thoughtfully designed rooms, amazing views, lovely staff, exceptional breakfast. Would stay there again any time.
Location is perfect if you're taking the Queen Zamami, Ferry Zamami, Marine Liner Tokashiki, Ferry Tokashiki, among others, at the Tomari Port. However, do not plan to walk to and from the hotel to the port if you're carrying luggage. The city is hot, it might rain, and it's a 10+ minute walk patchy pavements. Pay ¥650 for a taxi/uber instead. The port also has a Onix Rental Car office so take that into account.
I liked everything.
Hotel is new and it's close to the port so it's good to stay here when you plan boat trip. However when I stayed all boats were sold out so I realized it's quite far to the city center. So reserve boat first maybe
Continental choice for breakfast could be better, my first breakfast was completely without any fruit, second day there was pineapple at least. Nice views to the sea but balcony is small and if your air con is on, there's no space where to hide from the fan:)

コインランドリーのトラブルがあり、別の宿泊客の方に一方的に絡まれたのですが、その際のスタッフの対応が不十分でした。
完全に言いがかりでその宿泊客の方が悪いのですが、カットインが遅いのと、その後のケアが無かったのがとても残念でした。
We had a spacious room with a stunning view.
The one and only available beach in Naha was so close.
The isolation of the balcony door was so bad and it whistled all the time, which was so irritating, especially at nights.
The view from the room and the layout was very nice I enjoyed the aesthetic design and it felt very modern.
The staff's treatment and demeanor was horrible. You would've thought I was a beggar off the street who just wandered in until they realized the room I booked based on the first interaction. There is a semi automated check in and if the staff treats people like this they need to move to full automation. If I could I would've switched to another hotel, that whole experience turned me off for my stay and I won't be returning even with the nice design.

Вода в душевой холодная, в комнате очень влажно и мало света.
Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour, notamment pour la localisation et le confort de la chambre. Cependant, certains aspects nous ont un peu déçus et nous semblent perfectibles au regard du standing annoncé pour un établissement 4 étoiles.
Les points positifs :
* Bonne localisation, à environ 25 minutes à pied du port de Naha et de la rue commerçante.
* Un supermarché Lawson se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied.
* Chambre spacieuse avec une agréable vue sur le port.
* Chambre propre.
* Fontaine à eau et à glaçons à disposition.
* Micro-ondes disponible.
* Possibilité de profiter d’un open bar jusqu’à 20h30 et d’accéder à un lounge, ce qui est appréciable.
* Literie confortable, même si les oreillers étaient malheureusement beaucoup trop fermes pour nous et ont provoqué des maux de tête.
* Douche spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Les points qui pourraient être améliorés :
* À notre arrivée, nous avons été assez surpris de devoir régler environ 100 € de taxe de séjour pour 2 personnes et 6 nuits, un montant que nous n’avions encore jamais rencontré lors de nos précédents séjours.
* La communication en anglais est assez limitée et le personnel n’est plus présent sur place après 21h, ce qui peut être compliqué en cas de besoin.
* Bien qu’un restaurant soit présent dans l’établissement, il ne propose pas de service le soir, ni de room service. Cela peut être contraignant, notamment avec un réfrigérateur de petite taille.
* Le ménage de la chambre n’est pas effectué quotidiennement.
* Le sèche-linge ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas correctement. Après avoir payé deux cycles, nos vêtements étaient encore bien humides la veille de notre départ.
* Le réfrigérateur est assez petit, ce qui limite fortement la possibilité de conserver un repas ou des aliments.
* Il manque un véritable espace de rangement pour les vêtements, ce qui peut être gênant lors d’un séjour de plusieurs nuits.
* La climatisation est assez bruyante, notamment la nuit.
* L’accès aux chambres se fait par un couloir extérieur. Cela peut être particulièrement peu pratique et désagréable en cas de mauvais temps ou de typhon.
