Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und mit den im benachbarten Parkhaus zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätzen ist ein wichtiges Problem gelöst. Die Kollegen am Empfang waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wie in den meisten Hotels fehlen Ablageflächen im Bad.

Als Gast im Hotel PLAZA INN Rieker Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof kann ich nur Positives berichten: Das Hotel und das Personal sind wirklich top – sehr engagiert, freundlich und stets zuvorkommend. Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis stimmt für uns vollkommen.

Ich war mit drei weiteren Paaren unterwegs und alle waren rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und warmes Wasser war sofort verfügbar – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir hatten zwar Frühstück dazugebucht, konnten es wegen unseres straffen Programms in der Gruppe aber nicht nutzen; das hat uns aber nicht gestört, denn insgesamt war alles perfekt organisiert.

Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen, die man manchmal liest, nicht ganz – sie haben uns zunächst verunsichert, entsprechen aber überhaupt nicht unserer Erfahrung. Klare Empfehlung von uns!

Pros:

Bestes Frühstück, dass ich seit langem in Hotels gehabt habe. Auch sonst alles top. Vor allem der Preis bei der Lage ist unschlagbar. Nettes Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Well-Located Hotel Next to Train Station
Pros:

Location: excellent - across the street from the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. Service: excellent, warm and helpful from no less than four different front desk individuals, who were each terrific, solution-driven and answered questions with a smile. Safety: I liked that there was someone at reception 24-hours and that I could request a high floor for security reasons. Note it is not a dodgy area; I simply look for this feature everywhere I travel. Also appreciate the good lighting in the room, that the windows open for fresh air and that a fan is provided, which i like to use for white noise.

Nothing to note. Everything was good.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, daher auch an der Hauptverkehrsachse und laut. Das Willkommensgeschenk "Ohrstöpsel" ist daher sehr willkommen!

Für 1-2 Übernachtungen super. Personal 12/10!
Pros:

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als es ein Problem mit unserer Toilette gab, konnten wir ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln. Wir wurden immer herzlich begrüßt und man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte ein paar Makel über die man für eine Nacht hinwegsehen kann. Die Zimmer sahen zwar neuwertig aus, waren aber offensichtlich trotzdem in dir Jahre gekommen.
