Pros:

מיקום מושלם, דקות ספורות הליכה מהרכבת. ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומספקת ביותר. הבחור בקבלה שלצערי שכחתי את שמו היה מאוד יעיל, סבלני ועזר לי בכל מה שהייתי צריכה עם חיוך רחב. באתי מאוחר בלילה עייפה ורעבה והייתה מכונת משקאות וחטיפים זמינה שעזרה לי. חדר נקי. מומלץ.

Localização ótima

Cons:

Elevador quebrado durante os 3 dias que ficamos no hotel. Quartos sem ar condicionado. Banheiro muito pequeno, a área de banho é minúscula e com uma toalha de plástico que faz respingar água para fora.

The elevator was out of order during secont day and I had to walk up and down to the 5th floor every single day and it was neler repaired until I checked out.If you are planning to stay here make sure to ask about the current status of the elevator before booking or arriving

Lokasyon ve çalışanlar bakımından gerçek bir fiyat performans oteliydi.
Pros:

Personel inanılmaz yardımcıydı. Özellikle resepsiyonda çok iyi türkçe bilen genç hanımefendi çok nazik ve enerjikti. Otelin lokasyonu merkez istasyona inanılmaz yakın, civardaki şehirlere seyahat ettiğimiz için gece yarısı dönmemize rağmen öok konforlu hissettik

Asansör bozulmuştu. Bavullarımızı elimizde taşımamız gerekti bu rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca odalara oda terliği bırakılsa harika olurdu.

I came at 2:30 in the Hotel.the Reception they’re doing that cash control of the Reception and she told me to wait a few minutes . After 20 minutes at 2:50, I asked again for the Room and was a little bit upset because there was three receptionist standing around. The beared Assistant Front Offis manager was eating in front of guests, after a few discussions the turned to very unfriendly way. The assistant Front manager told me not to check in before time 3.01 checking time. I’m not staying the first time in the intercity HOTELS and the Front Offis manager lady was more than rude und uncontrolled and I will complain to the highest top management of the company. When they Dont apologise I will continue with check24, holiday and Tripadvisor. You have my whatsapp nr.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Insbesondere an der Rezeption wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und auf Fragen sowie Anliegen wurde hilfsbereit eingegangen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach super.

Pros:

静かだった。
スタッフは大体親切、感じ良い。

Cons:

寒くて毛布をもう一枚依頼したが、子供みたいなスタッフしかおらずに何も対応してもらえずとても辛かった。
お掃除でケトルを替えてくれたが汚いのに変わっていた。

Alles gut geklappt
Pros:

Es hat alles vom Kontakt (wir mussten früher einchecken wegen einer Hochzeit) bis zur Abreise gut geklappt. Mitarbeitende sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es liegt zentral und daher ist bei offenem Fenster auch entsprechend was zu hören. Auf dem Bett lagen bereits Ohrstöpsel.
