- The Gymnasium (lockers and changing facility) is operational from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs daily. The steam and shower facilities are available.
- The Swimming pool is operational from 06:00 to 22:00 hrs daily.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I was upgraded to the Taj Mahal Palace, and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, and the hospitality truly stood out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, every detail felt thoughtfully curated, giving a true luxury experience. The heritage tour was exceptional as well, I absolutely loved learning about the rich history of the palace. It’s a must-do if you have the time. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Breakfast service on the ground floor appeared quite stressful, served the wrong items or they did not arrive at all, waiting time for orders up to 30 mins on a Sunday morning. The day earlier in the rooftop restaurant, the atmosphere during breakfast was much more relaxed and the service was very attentive and fast. Check out during rush hour is quite crowded and slow, plan some buffer. While showering the whole bathroom got flushed with water as the shower cabin is leaking.
