كانت إقامتنا رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة. أكثر ما أعجبني هو الموقع الممتاز، فالفندق قريب من جميع الأماكن والمطاعم والأسواق، مما جعل التنقل سهلاً جداً. كما أن تعامل جميع الموظفين كان راقياً واحترافياً، سواء في الاستقبال أو خدمة الغرف أو الكونسيرج، وكانوا دائماً مبتسمين ومتعاونين. جميع الخدمات كانت على مستوى عالٍ، والفندق نظيف ومريح ويستحق التجربة. وأتقدم بجزيل الشكر لإدارة الفندق على اللفتة الجميلة بمناسبة عيد ميلاد زوجتي، حيث قاموا بتجهيز كيك وتزيين الغرفة بالبالونات، وكانت مفاجأة رائعة أضافت ذكريات جميلة لإقامتنا. شكراً لكم على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل

We had a few issues during our stay, but what really stood out was how professionally and kindly the hotel staff handled everything. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Zeer goed geholpen door personeel van ontvangst tot check-out, van spa tot bar. Iedereen vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Our recent stay at the Taj Tower hotel was nothing short of a dream. We were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary, and the genuine warmth and hospitality we experienced made it a celebration we will cherish forever.

We want to give a special, heartfelt shout-out to Abeer. Her dedication and personal involvement were next-level. She took care of every single detail and made sure everything was planned to absolute perfection, turning our anniversary into an unforgettable, magical experience. We truly felt so incredibly looked after thanks to her.

Our evenings at the Harbour Bar were another absolute highlight. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming, and Sayali took such amazing care of us every single night, always making sure we had everything we needed with the warmest smile.

For pure relaxation, the SPA was an absolute heaven. A huge thank you to Sheetal, Priyanka, and Chun for their wonderful treatments—they created a true oasis of peace and completely melted our stress away.

We also want to extend our gratitude to Dhruva, who effortlessly and swiftly sorted out our luggage storage, making our transitions smooth and entirely stress-free.

It is the people who turn a great hotel stay into a beautiful memory, and this team has a heart of gold. Thank you all for making our special occasion so unforgettable. We already can’t wait to come back!

Cons:

Aanvullen van douchegel en dergelijk in de badkamer mocht wel eerder gebeuren, bleek laatste avond niet veel meer in te zitten. Tip om die elke dag te controleren. Ontbijt was best druk en iets wat rommelig en bij verschillende bestellingen duurde het wel lang voor je bestelling bij het ontbijt was geleverd, door aantal keer afspraken te hebben hebben wij ons bestelling moeten annuleren.
