The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property All guests must have a valid VISA before making a hotel reservation.
All guest upon check in will be requested a 50 Euro pre-authorisaion on their credit card to cover any eventual extras. If not used this will be automatically released upon check out.

Magnifique
Pros:

Tout. La vue est exceptionnelle. Le mobilier est très bien choisi. Tout est beau, propre, sent bon. Ils acceptent les chiens et mon chien s’est senti accueilli comme vous pouvez le voir. Le personnel est respectueux et gentil.

Cons:

Si vous pouviez ajouter un peignoir et 2-3 friandises ce serait parfait !

Cons:

I was charged an extra 100€ at reception without explanation. I was later told it was a bit deposit which will be returned. It was never returned. Also items went missing from my room during my stay. The hotel has not answered any of my inquiries regarding this matter.

Comfortable night stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing and is well connected via the tram.
Bed is comfortable and rooms are clean and tidy.
I could only book a twin room, as was the only one available but the rest is fine. The bathroom could do with some upgrades in line with the design of the hotel, especially the shower over bath and the wooden.

Cons:

Staff take too much time to check-in and check out.
I asked about the invoice on my arrival, but they declined taking only the deposit, although I have been charged already by booking.com.
I would have appreciated a message saying that Tram was not available until the end of August. I was not prepared for the bus replacement, whilst I can expect a deposit.

The bathroom could do with some upgrades in line with the design of the hotel, especially the shower over bath and the wooden works.

Bon moment passée et en confiance voiture sécurisée

Chambre fabuleux on a attribué the Best client du jour, nous avons reçu une chambre supérieur. Merci encore ;-)
Le personnel de la réception super sympathique et accueillante! Nous a bien diriger pour aller visiter la ville et expliquer les transport en commun.
Parc sécurisé en souterrain voiture en sécurité et au frais. Très beau établissement

Cons:

L'amabilité des gens au bars et au petit déjeuner pas très professionnel pourrait se mettre hors vu des clients lors de discutions par exemple au local de pause.
Forte climatisation dans la salle du petit déjeuner température extérieure était vers 8°C-10°C.
