Pros:

Large, comfortable king suite

Cons:

No food available during the Jan 25 snow storm. Front desk staff on Tues Jan 27 @ 6:45 am made no attempt to acknowledge us, thank us for staying, wish safe travels, nothing. He was basically rude. The front desk staff at check in on Jan 23 was awesome! I believe his name is Israel.

Pros:

The person at the front desk (Zach) was very kind.

Cons:

Zach was clearly under-trained in regards to handling or escalating an emergency, and should never have been left alone as the only member of hospitality staff.
