Arcadia Hotel

Boa limpeza. Estrutura muito antiga.

The staff were very friendly, the chef was amazing, the chef would make fresh food for us everyday! Our room was cleaned every day, the only thing was about the hotel, need a update, like refurbished, my husband will be staying there again in September, going on a few day business trip.

Very clean hotel, despite being dated, yet we'll maintained. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The general area is sketchy as most of downtown Pretoria, but one can't fault the hotel for that.

Good restaurant and nice size room and bathroom, however a lot of rumor coming from nextdoor

It’s an old Hotel, furniture and fittings quite dated but it was clean. The Staff are very helpful and pleasant to guests, and they offer free transport/tours to guests to move about Pretoria. The Restaurant was disappointing.This Hotel seems to focus on hosting large groups for Conferences, which suits their central location in Pretoria.

Front desk and staff were lovely. Greeted me warmly at check-in and accepted a package for me! The room was tired and the bathroom was very strangely configured. Felt like a converted institutional housing project/SRO units.

The hotel is nice with very good food. Room service was free, the rooms were clean, the staff particularly at the reception were very nice and friendly. However, I found the room (Single) a bit small compared to my experience elsewhere. The Bathroom was a bit squeezed (limited space). But generally it is a nice place to stay though the price was a bit high compared to other hotels and guest houses in the neighborhood.

Een prima hotel met eigen parkeergelegenheid op de bovenste verdieping van een parkeergarage. De kamer is niet luxe maar wel netjes. Het restaurant in het hotel is zeker niet slecht.

Needed a hotel with internet in the centre of pretoria moving through for business. The rooms are nice, but internet is not included in the room rate and is very expensive, and neither is the parking. All in all its an outdated hotel only suitable for travel groups on cheap bus package tours. roomservice is decent but the breaky...run before the tour groups have pillaged and plundered!
