As a loyal Radisson Rewards member, I truly appreciate the special benefits and discounts offered to me. This is one of the reasons why I am always happy to choose Radisson hotels for my stays.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. A beautiful bouquet of red roses, a fresh fruit platter and a personalised welcome note were waiting for me in my room. This thoughtful gesture truly touched my heart.

The room was spacious, elegant, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Its peaceful atmosphere and comfortable workspace provided the perfect environment for me to rest, focus and prepare for my CP Psychodrama training and the international Baltic Moreno Days conference. During the conference, I facilitated a three-hour experiential workshop in English for international participants. Having such a calm and welcoming place to return to played an important part in helping me feel prepared, confident and supported throughout these professionally significant days.

The windows offered a wonderful view of Tallinn’s Freedom Square and the towers of the Old Town. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of Tallinn’s main attractions.

I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Front Office Manager Indra Stepanova for her exceptional care, personal attention and warm welcome. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to every detail made my stay truly special and unforgettable.

My sincere thanks to Indra and the entire team at Palace Hotel Tallinn, a member of Radisson Individuals, for their outstanding hospitality and the wonderful atmosphere they created. I would be delighted to return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, comfort and genuine hospitality in the heart of Tallinn.

Location is good, just across the road from the old town so it is quiet. Staff is helpful. A pleasant stay.

Cons:

Nothing much. Some may feel the furnishing is a little dated but it has its old world charm.
