Short stay with my mom
Pros:

The communication before the arrival was excellent, helpful and prompt. It was my mother's 85th birthday and this trip was a surprise for her. The staff made it so special for her by upgrading the room and on our arrival there was a beautiful slice of cake in the room with a special birthday note from the hotel staff. My mother was so touched.

The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The facilities were all clean, well organized. The breakfast was amazing with lots of different choices.

Rauhallinen hotelli lähellä Vanhaakaupunkia
Pros:

Mainio sijainti Vanhankaupungin läheisyydessä hyvin liikenneyhteyksien varrella. Siistit, rauhalliset huoneet, mukavat sängyt, kaksi tyynyvaihtoehtoa, kylpytakit ja tohvelit huoneessa spassa käyntiä varten. Aamiainen oli runsas ja herkullinen ja arkipäivänä oli mukavan väljää ja rauhallista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällista. Pieni spa-osasto kellarikerroksessa oli vain hotellivieraille, joten siksi mukavan rauhallinen ja viihtyisä, kaksi saunaa ja poreallas pienen uima-altaan lisäksi. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen!

Nuostabūs pusryčiai, labai didelis pasirinkimas ir mažiems ir dideliems! Labai patiko baseinas, pirtys. Taip pat patiko lokacija-lankytini objektai šalia, netoliese viešojo transporto stotelės. Kambarys labai tvarkingas, viskas ko reikia ir dar daugiau! Labai patogios lovos ir pagalvės. Personalas ypatingai malonus, išsiregistravus iki vakaro pasaugojo lagaminą. Tikrai sugrįšime
